TacoTime — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I worked at a taco time in 2013 so I feel I have good insight as to the way the food should be served and, comparatively, just how bad my lunch was today. When the staff member started to put the guacamole on my sister’s burrito bowl it came out like liquid. Instead of stopping she just left it on there. It was disgusting. The whole burrito bowl looked so unappetizing - like soup. I asked for my super chicken to have ranch on the side instead of sour cream on top. She then charged me for the ranch. Asking to omit an ingredient prompted her to then halve the rest of the ingredients on the burrito. I know what each portion size should look like. She gave me 1/4 of cheese and 1/4 of the salsa. The tortilla was obviously stale and wouldn’t even wrap properly. The chicken tasted like it had been boiled and shredded with no seasoning. I have never before had such an awful meal at taco time. I usually go to the one by my work but today I went to this location for supper. The girl there didn't take instruction at all. I ordered a large super beef when she put the cheese on I'm not kidding when I say she put like 10 shreds on it I asked for more and she put 2 more shreds when I asked for more she just ignored me. I said light on the lettuce but she puts on the biggest handful she could. Tomatoes my as well not even have been put on when I asked for more again she just ignored me. When I told her how the other Taco Times do it she ignores me.. She goes back to get my fries and I hear a spitting noise. If I wouldn't have paid prior to her filling my order I would have left but I took it and when I got outside I threw the fries away because she probably spit in them.. NEVER GO TO...

Yesterday I purchased a gift card. When I got home and checked the balance on the website it repeatedly showed that the card number was invalid. I created a ticket with the help desk on line. I called the Nelson Road location where I purchased the gift card and the manager said he would try to help me. He was absolutely superb. I wish I knew his name so that I could acknowledge him here personally. The help desk also emailed me this morning and reassured me that the money plus a bonus offer of 10%(which ends Dec. 31) is indeed on the card, which I am giving to my son, as he really enjoys Taco Time’s food.
