AVOID CUMBERLAND TIM HORTONS LOCATION!!!

I’ve been going to Tim Hortons for years! Today, they had an employee hand me an ice cap, the lid was not completely secured and the ENTIRE drink spilt in my new SUV, it went all over the shifting gears, and down under the seat into the electrical panels.

They sent an employee out with napkins to try and help me clean it up.

I asked for the manager to call me, and when she did, ( Mukhi), she said they “investigated” and checked the cameras and the employee did in fact click the lid.

As IF you can hear a click on the camera…

So she offered me a sandwich for free 🤣 and said it was my fault that this happened.

I am so beyond frustrated with this customer service, if you can even call it that.

The employee of Tim Hortons told me I will need to get it professionally cleaned to avoid the rotten dairy smell, as well as suggested I go take it to a car wash and try clean it myself before it gets too deep into the carpets.

I am sticky and in the middle of my work day left to deal with this.

I will say, I remained extremely kind and respectful throughout this entire situation.

Good news, hunters of the paranormal! This Tim Hortons location is the LEAST haunted in all of Canada. I was in there taking PKE readings for the better part of an afternoon and got nothing on the meter.

Let me suggest a game. Let Google ask you for a review of a Tim Hortons you went to (that you may very well have personally been inside) and then try to identify which one it was based only on the interior photos provided.

This location is 5 stars. They got my order right and keep the location clean. Sometimes they make mistakes and there might be a mess they haven't got to yet, but that's okay because it's a Tim Hortons. It's not particularly a drawback in my mind that they didn't have top shelf liquor service. Nor that they didn't bring my coffee out to the pool. It's Tim Hortons. You know what to expect.

Honestly, why are you even reading this? It's a Tim Hortons. What could you possibly be hoping I'd say? Are you checking Google reviews on this place to see if someone quietly confessed to a murder on here? (I didn't) Maybe gives the location of buried treasure? (already recovered)

WORST. SERVICE. EVER! Anyone who goes here knows how terrible the service is. Place is full of moody teens that would rather be doing anything else. You can always expect your order to be messed up in some way, shape or form. They are extremely rude. They cannot repeat themselves and are not patient at all. I'm a constant customer and always know what I want, but they still always frustrate me. I asked specially to have whipped cream on my iced coffee, and when I saw that there wasn't any, I asked if he could put some. I don't remember his name, but he treated me as if I had no idea what I was talking about or didn't know English. He talked slowly and used hand gestures. "When you tell us not to put whipped cream, we don't put whipped cream." After I specifically told him I wanted whipped cream. The workers' attitude is the worst.
