Yo me and my girls went to get some pizza for the first day back to school treat hot home to find out that the pizza crust was burnt and so was the cheese so didn't feel like eating burnt pizza made my girls sad and it ruined are back to school lunch very disappointing single dad on a budget . Yo hey so after a while I thought it might of just been that day was missed up so me and my girls tried them again yesterday Friday November 23 and I told them exactly how and what I wanted and even repeated myself to make sure they understood what I wanted when we got home and went to eat the pizza we all were disappointed and again I didn't get a break so again I wasted my money and time I ended having to cook supper for me and my girls so again late supper ruined are whole family night we missed or movie night do to me having to cook supper then eating supper around 8.30 instead of 6 when we got home with are pizza witch neither one of us could eat it grouse I want to injoy good pizza I guess I can't count on them for that I'm really sorry I really gave you guys a good try but unsatisfied both times other people might like burnt pizza or not the toppings you order just the whole experience wasn't pleasant I myself would never recommend this place for pizza I'm sorry maybe the 3rd time might have better results but I just hate wasting money like I said for me ordering out is a treat for me and my girls we can't afford to pay for something to just throw it away when we get home and then have to cook...

The rude woman from the previous review must be gone or must have been spoken to because I had a poor experience in the past with probably the same person who was very rude. I haven’t had any interaction with her again since that time, maybe last year. Anyways, I tried them again because they were open late and the closest to me. The pizza is good, but the crust isn’t that great; I fed it to the dogs. The pizza sizes are one size too small. For example, a medium looks like a small, and a large looks like a medium. The wedges are great; it’s like having another pizza added to your combo. The wedges are priced comparably to local competitors. They also have some great coupons if you order online and agree to mobile promotions subscription.

The ribs aren’t tasty on their own; they're so bland. You’ll definitely need sauce with them. They are kind of tough to eat. Well, last night I tried their pasta. I had never read a review about it or heard from anyone else. I definitely don’t recommend it. I regretted ordering two servings and ordering it in the first place. The sauce was so watery; it tasted like they didn’t strain all the water from the pasta. The pasta was in the sauce, but it wasn’t sticking to the pasta; it just ran off like water. EDIT Spoke to a very rude manager on the phone who claimed she made the dish herself and that the dish was weighed out. Ma'am, I believe your scale needs calibrating. Or, you need to pay attention to said scale. Unfortunately playing on her phone and finding photos of old vehicles she apparently once owned to show her co-workers was more important than her customer service.

Let me point out. The two younger individuals I interacted with, were far more professional, and pleasant than this woman who constantly gave me the side eye and glared at me while I waited for my food. As if I were interrupting her, and doing her a major inconvenience.

Just an overall terrible experience followed by overall even worse customer service. 0 stars.

Ordered a Honey Garlic Rib Poutine, specifically asked for extra honey garlic and extra cheese. Went to my hotel with my food expecting a gooey tasty meal once I got my room.... was met with some ribs, a small glob of honey garlic in one corner. And maybe a third of the cheese a normal order would generally have. Heavily disappointed. Thought I'd eat here for the nostalgia being it's been years since I had a good rib poutine from the Regina location.
