Generally my experience here is good, I get sent to this location to buy pizza for my employer fairly regularly and the staff are always polite and efficient. Today I was disappointed to witness the staff being publically berated by the owner/ manager. He was yelling loudly about the amount of ribs his employee put in my order, saying he's throwing his profit away, swearing and being very demeaning. I understand policies and procedures need to be followed to run a successful business, however he did far more damage to his bottom line than his employee. If he had of reprimanded his employee in private I would not be giving this review. I do not support public humiliation and will not be giving him my business...

   Read morePhone order service at this location is painful! The girl who was taking orders on aug 1st seemed distracted and uninterested in what sheâs doing. She failed to ask if we wanted lite or regular so we assumed it would be regular so the order was not taken correctly. We were out of the range for that area so she transferred the order to the 11th st location, she failed to tell them it was a transfer order and ordered it to our address as a customer. We were not told the order was being transferred. The pizza arrives as a lite, so we call and thatâs when we learn it was transferred. The other location was apologizing and advised they will correct the error. But please train your staff how to correctly take...
