never go here , I thought I’d give it one last chance , I explicitly told the guy no onion add broccoli , it’s an onion digestion allergy , and the useless moron , just adds broccoli , almost looks it like has extra onion , didn’t even know the denominations of change , looked at each coin like an inspection . Absolute insanity . Lost my business and hopefully loads more . Will never in my life support a wokbox in this city . I have been coming to wokbox for a long time, I used to eat here nearly every day and never had a bad experience but today I phoned and got no answer then called again later and ordered and was told it would be “15 minutes at most” and waited 45 minutes for my order and typically it takes no more than 10. When I went in, there was multiple groups of people waiting to get food as well. Was there October 6th, 2025 around 3:15pm. Ordered teriyaki chicken for my son with the vegetables on the side.... also a buffalo chicken poutine with light buffalo sauce. Got home only to find they mixed the vegetables into his teriyaki chicken and put a HEAPFUL of onions on top.. spent some time picking them out & scraping off the onions 🙄 and my poutine had no buffalo sauce at all.....
