Wendy's — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

popped through the drive thru with a friend on way home from canada . ordered two meals. ordered orange lemonade. took a sip when they handed it out and it tasted like too much concentrate. pure sugar. not drinkable. so i asked if they would just swap that with normal lemonade. drive thru worker disappeared for sling but of time and she came back with an angry face saying “ manager says i need to charge you for a new drink if you want to switch”

seems like crappy service. i just wanted a normal drink. now that i think about it. maybe had i asked them to dump half out and add water and ice they would have complied? feeling doubtful about that.

in fairness, sandwich and fries were good. but the service and drink was just too rude for anything other...

This is the most unpleasant Wendy's we have ever been to. We were there at 5:40 pm. Ordered a baconator combo wasn't asked if we wanted to upsize anything, also ordered a taco salad lg soda and small fries. Well I guess those fries weren't important didn't receive them. The young lady that packed our order guess doesn't like her job as everything was basically thrown into the bags. I also was going to ask another young lady a question (blonde hair braid and black glasses, red shirt) before I could say anything she was like I cannot take your order, I said that is fine but there is a gentleman waiting to use bathroom and no one is helping him. The boy who served us was very short and unfriendly. Yes a great place...

Waited 15 minutes in line for a coffee with rotten cream. Also unmixed with a half inch clump of sugar in the bottom of the cup. The workers who have been here for years (you all know who you are) deserve a serious hats off, they've been consistently fast and reliable for nearly a decade, more for some of them, but the new staff within the last I'd say 2 years have been horrible at best. They are lazy as all hell, they can't even keep track of a washroom key, they have terrible prioritization of the orders and just overall should probably attend an employment course to learn some decent ethics. To the long standing staff here, a huge hats off, it sucks to have the quality of your service dragged down by...
