I have ordered from this business 4 times.

2/4 times they have dropped the ball.

The first time they burnt my pizza and when I arrived to pick it up, I had to wait while they made a new one however they also gave me the burnt one on the house which was actually not in bad shape. A lesser establishment would have probably just sold the burnt one and hoped I didn’t open it until I got home.

The second time, I once again ordered for pickup. When I arrived, the cashier turned around to the pizza artists and said “this is the one we burnt right?” When that was confirmed they followed up with “is the new one in the oven yet?” To which the answer was of course “nope”. I then waited for 15 minutes in the parking lot until my pizza was brought out to me. No type of compensation or apology was offered.

My other two experiences with this place have been excellent and the pizza has been good.

I’m still left to wonder though, 2 out of 4 aren’t great stats so my next visit will be a simple flip of a coin to find out if I get a burnt wheel or not.

I'm super disappointed at the new ownership here that has taken over in the past couple of months. We ordered 2 medium pizzas, 10 wings, 1 can of pop and 1 dipping sauce.. $73.16!! And this is what we received.. the pizza had burnt leather for crust, you couldn't even bite through it.. there was a pool of grease on the pizza.. and the wings... They are so overcooked and burnt - just look at the pictures. Can't believe they served anyone this. We were given the hardest time for a refund, it was actually so unprofessional because he tried to "refund" us only for a store credit via phone and then finally after a 10 minute debate at my front door, to only refund us $55 out of the $75 cash we gave to them. I had to raise my voice for my other $20 bill.. really disappointed. The previous owners took care of you everytime, really missing that quality...

Our experience at this restaurant was awful. We had to wait an extra 10 minutes for our pick-up order. They put the wrong toppings on the pizza, and when we brought it up to the owner; she argued that it was what we ordered (it wasn't). We also ordered wings, when we brought the order back home, neither wings any kind of sauce on them and a quarter of the Bigfoot pizza we ordered had absolutely no cheese on it. We called and explained, so she said she'd have someone deliver us the two different sauces. When the person got here, they had 2 of the same sauces, not one of each like how we originally ordered. It was a frustrating experience to say the least. The new owners are far worse than the woman before. We won't be going back there again and I suggest you...
