Was just here. We ordered 1 baconator double with no cheese and extra bacon combo, 1 cobb salad and a jbc with no lettuce and no tomato, 1 daves double on a lettuce bun combo, 1 more jbc with a baked potato. The order was rung in completely correct however we got home and the baconator was on a lettuce bun and the 1 jbc had lettuce when it wasnt supposed to. Went back, they replaced it with another baconator on a lettuce bun and another jbc with tomato on it this time when not supposed to. Went back again and received another baconator on a bun this time but with cheese on it when not supposed to, good thing i checked before leaving the parking lot again. Went back and talked to the manager this time and i kid you not he absolutely did NOT care about this at all, he went and finished up the orders in drive thru before even attempting to fix our order for the THIRD time. That was completely unacceptable and nobody even apologized for the repeated mistakes in fact they didnt even look surprised that this kept happening. So dont spend ur money here they literally...
Read moreI've had some bad experiences with Wendy's restaurants in the past but usually have a positive one at this location. A visit I had the other day was particularly good, I went through the drive-thru and the gentleman taking my order was very polite without being overly "fake". I don't know if this review will ever reach him or his bosses but his name was Richard and I was there in the late morning (about 11:30) on Tuesday January 3rd. My husband has an allergy to mayonnaise and I always let them know this when ordering and they're always very good at making sure to make his burgers separately and change their gloves to prevent contaminating his burger. (Other locations have not always listened when I've told them this and have gone so far as to put mayonnaise on his burgers even though I'd told them about...

I am a worker at Wendy's Port Perry and I can assure you we do our best to make our customers happy, but you must also understand that we get very busy. If we arent as nice at communication when taking and passing out your order we are most likely dealing with a rush either inside the building or in the drive-thru. During our rushes as you can understand it's quite hard to stay very happy and polite as in any job where you are packed with customers. Please do not let one employee fog your judgement on our restaurant. We take pride in our name and put heart into making your experience as amazing as we possibly can. You may have just caught us on an off day or a very busy one for that matter.
