barBURRITO — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

This is the first time I’ve ever written anything bad. I love this location. They’ve alway done amazing. I ordered my usual off skip and subbed out queso for regular cheese in the notes. I have written it the same way every time as I just hit reorder almost every single time. My food comes after waiting the appropriate time. Go and open it up, there is queso on the box, at first I’m thinking oh weird no biggie probably had messy hands while packing. NOPE they smothered it in queso. So I contact skip, of course that was a bad idea, nothing came about it. They legit did nothing. So next step I thought I would call in. Normally I would eat it, but queso is hard on my stomach. So I explain that to the lovely lady that answered the phone. I get it was a mistake and it happens, but I don’t accept the answer to my concerns “oh next time you order or come in we will do better”. I said sorry I don’t accept that. It’s not only a pain, I can’t eat it at all, and it’s cheaper in store than ordering. So why is that even okay to say. I ask when the manager will be in, oh tomorrow just call then. Hangs up. End of conversation. Like I love you guys so much, I come in for the family, I order frequently, and this has left sour taste...

I wanna say first that this is actually a fast food restaurant which I didn't know, so my review will be a little harder.

I wouldn't go here. Mom and I got the Tacos pack and you can't even get different tacos in the pack, it has to be the same one, which really disappointed me.

The food itself wasn't that bad, but it wasn't great either. It was okay. It was too expensive for what we got in my opinion.

The service wasn't great in the fact that we spent maybe 10 minutes waiting for someone to come take our order, and another 5 to buy a water as we were leaving.

The place itself is okay, just your average fast food restaurant.

Overall, it wasn't bad. It was good for fast food, but a little pricey. However, I wouldn't go back solely because you can't mix up the tacos, which kinda defeats the whole point...

I always go at this location to order a burrito. Today, I ordered 2 veggie burritos. when I came in, the employees did not greet me nor say thank you. Then, once we opened the burritos, in one of the burritos, it was cold inside and it was not even close to warm , not only this but the burrito also had hair inside the wrap. I returned it and the employee said she does not “know where the hair came from”: it was inside the wrap, where else would it have come from? She did not even apologised , and she gave me an attitude. Then, once handing the new burrito, she did not say thank you nor sorry. Very unprofessional. They wasted my time, having to drive back. Not only were the employees were very inconsiderate and rude but the cold burritos also was contaminated with hair. Not a...
