Delicious Pho Sherwood Park — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

I love the scrumptous cuisine and the fast friendly courteous service at the Delicious Pho Restaurant in Sherwood Park. I have een going there many years since it opened and have always been well pleased with the friendly courteous owner Linda Mah and her freiendly courteous staff. Both Linda and her staff always go out of their way to make the dining experience at Delicious Pho Sherwood Park memorable and enjoyable. Now there will always be people that leave reviews for whatever reason they choose to do so. There could be trolls going out of their way to make other peoples lives and business less than what they truly are. So please folks as you read these reviews remember this over the COVID- 19 pandemic some people may have bad hair days and choose to take their frustrations out on others in these reveiws they give. Which is not nice to do so. We all need compassion and understanding for everyone. I highly recommend Deleicious Pho Sherwood Park and if their were a 100 stars I would cick on them as I have always had a very enjoyable experience over the years and have always observed Linda and her staff courteous freiendly and helpful to all that enter and always ask how is your meal? I will continue to go to Deliecious Pho Sherwood Park for their fast courteous and friendly service and delicious cusine. I give high marks to Linda as she is always friendly, courteous, compassionate, understanding and caring for all those around her and for how she presents herself. I have known her for many years and have been going to this wondrous Delicious Pho Sherwood Park since it opened . I love their cusine and have never had a bad experience and if I did Linda and her staff would have taken care of it right there and then. That is how they are. Linda and her staff are loving kind and generous and as long as I have known Linda she has always had a big heart. Here are my 100 stars to Linda Mah and 100 stars for her staff and 100 stars for Delicious Pho Sherwood Park and the delicious cusine and fantastic service I have Always enjoyed and will continue to enjoy for years to come....

Used to be our go-to pho place in the Park, but after tonight's experience we've already started scouting other pho spots. Showed up at 6pm, it was busier than I've ever seen it (good for them because it's always dead), we were greeted promptly and put in our orders right away (we usually get the same thing, so didn't need much time with the menus). The table beside us that ordered right after us got their food after 45mins or so, and they were gracious enough to share their untouched salad rolls because they ordered too much and could tell we starving. Two other tables that ordered after us walked out before getting their food (not without letting the service staff know how ridiculous the wait was), and our appetizer finally hit our table around 7:15pm. We demolished the appies (deep fried shrimp) despite them being grossly heavily breaded, and waited another 15mins before asking to cancel our entrees and get the bill. As I put on my jacket and went to the til to pay, our entrees came out, and we decided to stay and eat them (again, we were starving and had waited almost 90mins by this point). The tofu pho and coconut chicken curry with coconut rice were delicious as usual, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. We were offered an apology for the wait and thanks for our patience, and I did feel bad for the staff as they were clearly not setup for success on such a busy night (short-scheduled or staff called in sick), but we were very disappointed that nobody identifying themselves as a manager ever spoke to us, and we were charged full price for everything. As much as we love our regular pho spot and the food is always consistent, this kind of experience leaves a very bitter taste and we will not likely be back. I hope they can learn from tonight though so they don't lose too many...

I had an awful experience here last night! Got there and the lady told us to grab some menus and seat ourselves so we did, self service already. Then she comes over and hands me a piece of paper and tells me to write my order down and to bring it to the counter when I am ready. Already not to please with the lack of customer service. There were only 2 other tables in the restaurant that already had there food so it wasn't like she was super busy taking orders or serving. So my mom and I ordered 2 combo #2 with chicken, beef and shrimp (plural), we get our food semi cold with 1 single shrimp in our bowls so I go up and explain to her that I should be charged for just the chicken and beef bowl in combo #1 because shrimp usually means more than 1 single baby shrimp. She explains, "no we only include 1 shrimp in the combo thats why it is $2 extra than the first combo." I explain to her that our food was cold and she hasn't come and asked us how anything is and we had to do everything ourselves. Her reason? "Oh well, I'm busy sometimes the food is just cold when it's busy it's hard to keep on top of that" No actually the food should be hot and made properly and made well and served hot for every customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I do suggest Pho right by Millennium Place! Amazing service, good prices, awesome vietnamese pho and food, also always comes out hot and exactly what it says...
