Fatburger Sherwood Park — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

I was only in here once and do not intend to return. Lets be honest here, in the grand schene of things I may.

I walked in and found the place desserted. I stoodat the counter for a few minutes waiting and was left there. Eventually I started calling 'Hello?' continuosly to no avail. The time came whne I had no patience left and just before I was about to leave I let out a bellow that resounded the walls of this establisment 'HEY! YOU GOT A CUSTOMER!' It was then a man came running out.

Having worked in a Kitchen for the last few years as well as spent most of my years in the customer service industry I of all people understand there is always something too do in the back. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't periodically check for customers. I was standing there for far too long!

Once they got going on my burger it was quite a marvel too see. A skip the dishes order came in do I got to whitness 5 burgers being made at once (I can't remember the names of the burgers but they were certainly impressive).

At last I got my food and declare it to be far superiro too other burgers, but alas its not enough to convince me to return in the...

Went to Fatburger at noon today. The place was completely empty. We thought we beat the rush. I ordered a Hawaiian chicken burger on a lettuce bun for $11.99. What I got was two rather small chicken strips on two pineapple rings with no cheese (it comes with swiss). The manager came out as we were finishing our meal and asked how it was. I said 'well I have been to multiple locations in the city, and this is the first time I have ever received two chicken tenders as a burger instead of the actual chicken breast' he told me that that is how it was made. I said I have had this burger four times and that is definitely not how it is made.

Ps a 4 piece tender meal is $10.99 - I received a 2 piece tender wrap no meal for 11.99.

I guess we now know why the place had absolutely no customers when we entered, none came in while we were there, and none came in while we were leaving. I definitely would not recommend...

My girlfriend ordered pick up from this location and it was terrible.

When I picked it up the staff just kept telling me not to order from skip the dishes. Which was odd?

I grabbed my drinks and left.

Upon getting back to our shop (10 minutes away) my burger was soggy, our fries were stale and her pop was flat.

We pack it all up and head back.

I've worked customer service for a number of years a while back and when you get complaints like this it's easy, just replace the food.

Instead they took my burger and just put everything on a new bun, didn't replace the fries (now extra stale) and when we said their fountain was still dispensing flat pop was just told that they didn't know and we had to ask for a new cup.

Overall I am never coming back to this location and my gf said she's never going back to any fat burger. Incredibly...
