Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

As a regular visitor at other Mr. Sub stores, I can truly say that this was the WORST Mr. Sub experience ever! The staff got my order wrong, wasn't wearing gloves and couldn't scan the loyalty card, but made an excuse that "the card is closed". They were really scraping the bottom of the barrel when they hired their current night staff as they're total incompetents. And the young, slick and macho Latino/Filipino guy was extremely rude. He suggested I shop at other Mr. Sub stores and told me "Don't come back" on my way out the door because he was too cowardly to say it to my face.

Don't worry. I won't come back. And with these creeps on the night staff, nobody else should either.

This store may supposedly be run by a "hard-working family" but I don't believe it for a minute. Their service is the worst I've ever has at any food service outlet ever. I ordered a sub through skip the dishes and received the completely wrong order. Then I contacted Mr sub and they told me to come pick up the sub that I ordered and I don't get a refund?? I payed a delivery driver to bring me my food so I didn't have to drive 15 minutes each way to get my food which I had to do anyways. Long time customer here who will not be back. Very disappointed.

UPDATE They don't care about you. Messaged and talked with a couple different people and they will not acknowledge that they did anything wrong and put the blame on everyone else. And will not rectify the issue.hahaha will not be back and I suggest others to...

Best damn subs!

Every single order was always 100% accurate and well made, staff was friendly and efficient the drive through is a game changer! Such an awesome convenience to offer people.

One of the best things about this place is when I order on the Mr.Sub app they don't list Pineapple as an option so I always request it for my pizza sub (shut up it's delicious) in the comments because they do in fact have that as a topping in store. They always read this comment and every pizza sub I've ordered has come with the toppings I ordered. 10/10 this is my new sandwich shop.
