The handling of a misunderstood order was rudely and poorly handled. I ordered, for delivery, 2 platters, one bacon and cheese burger and one just a cheeseburger, meaning no bacon and an extra gravy. Only one came as a platter. The food was paid for before it was handed over. I respectfully called to correct the order and the man at the other end was nasty, over defensive and told me that I ordered wrong, argued with me, spoke over me and said to reorder would take longer, as they are busy, offered to send over fries and that we would have to pay the difference or take a refund and forget the whole thing. Because we were looking forward to the platters, we requested new platters and sent back the order and a new driver returned shortly after with the platters and we were charged the difference. I doubt fresh burgers were made in this time frame. This was poorly handled and ruined our Sunday treat night. If they had confirmed the order in the first place, this could have been avoided. This house was a regular customer and we tipped well. Now, we will be taking our business elsewhere. The delivery drivers were nice, felt bad for them getting caught...

Awful experience trying to order delivery. Person on the phone told me if I am looking at a website to order they do not have one, then told me they dont have 7 day special then after he confirmed with another worker that they do he proceeded to tell me the price has gone up from the price on the website and the 1 litre of Pepsi was not part of the special. This from the person that just told me they do not have a website and no 7 day special. I told him forget it I will order from somewhere else. They literally lost about $150 from my large order I was going to place. Will never order from them again and will not recommend. The person that answered the phone needs better training and better customer...

Friendly and sociable owners; quaint but clean and tidy inside; efficient service; fried zucchini sticks were good with crispness accompanied with perhaps homemade dipping sauce; pizza was good with plenty of toppings and cheese -- with that said, wished the dough/crust was a little less crisp. Washrooms, although dated were clean and tidy. Pizza pricing I would say about 10-15% higher than comparable pizza places, but their well dressed pizzas appear to offer relative value. Large pizza, zucchini sticks, and 3 pops = $58...
