Attended this location twice this week. The first time at 6:11 pm on Monday. There was 1 car ahead of us at the speaker ordering. 17 mins later they finally took her order and she pulled up. I reached the speaker and was told they could not even take my order for another 15 mins. So we drove off without ordering and went to another establishment down the street. Tonight I placed an online order. When I picked up the order I had to go back to the counter 3 times for things forgotten. I got home to find out they had forgotten part of the “box” order and all drinks for 4 meals. Perhaps if the person at the counter had not been spending all his time flirting with lady patrons and the supervisor wasn’t yelling in the back recalling an event from the day, there would have been less distractions and more quality control on the product going out the door. This is not the first time I’ve been at this location either when items have been forgotten. If I lived around the corner I would have returned again. I had to yell to get someone's attention and finally a young man came around and said they couldn't find it. My wife then showed the online receipt and our food was being made. Less than 2 minutes later we had our food. We walked over to the park to find half cooked chicken with the greasy meat falling of the bone and pools of grease all over the box and the rest of our food was thrown in messy. We also had no plates, forks, or condiments which we asked for. Returned the food and asked for our money back. Which they wouldn't refund us nor try and fix the order. They literally hid in the back and just wanted us to leave. The so called manager just said that's how they serve it while touching our food and giving us excuses. Read moreThe food was great but had a slight issue with the amount charged. They have a yard sign advertising 10 piece bucket with 3 large sides for $24.99. I I didn't realize until I got home they charged $28.99. I went back the next day and verified the sign was still there for $24.99. The menu board listed it as $28.99 which matches what the register is charging. They did refund the difference but it wonders me why they do not enter the grand opening amount in the registers? How many people have they charged that extra $4 to that didn't notice it? With folks doing contactless payments it is easy to miss stuff like this, keep it in mind.
