Wendy's — Restaurant in Smiths Falls

Most my visits are excellent. Tonight was not. Gave a 2 for service do to we waited about 20 mins plus. The reason is the person making the sandwiches refused to make one of my burgers I paid for as she said it wasn't on the screen. The two people at the counter were very good. One was an older gentlemen and the other young lady. The were very professional. The Manger was called to the front to make my sandwich. The atmosphere only received a 3 do to the person/girl that was making the sandwiches made it uncomfortable for the other employees and myself. ...

I went to this Wendys location in Smiths Falls tonight. Very bad customer service. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger combo. The person taming my order said ok so a double jbc. I get up to the window and asked if it was the junior or regular and they said junior. I politely said I wanted the regular. The person said so you want the deluxe bacon cheeseburger. I said yes. They said, for future reference, next time look at the menu. Is that how they treat customers? I won't be returning to this location and would not recommend...

Gave the Grilled Caesar Salad at Wendy’s a shot the other day — honestly, one of the better healthy options I’ve had from a fast food joint. Everything in it tasted super fresh — the lettuce was crisp, the grilled chicken was nice and juicy, and even the bacon had that perfect crunch. They threw in some toasted bread crumbs too, which added a solid little crunch factor. You can actually taste the freshness, which is rare these days.
