McDonald's — Restaurant in Sooke

Very disappointed in tonight's service. My boyfriend, roommate and I all went inside, not even through the drive-thru because we wanted to ensure that the orders were punched in and made correctly, well we left with zero of two burgers made correctly. My boyfriend ordered a double big mac with quater patties instead of the regular patties, slivered onions instead of the dehydrated onions and leaf lettuce instead of shredded, was very clear about all of what he wanted and the lady at the counter seemed to understand. He paid $8 something and then being charged another $3 something afterwards for the extra quarter, he didnt hesitate or question this. He got his burger and it had regular patties, so he took it back, then we got it back and it only had two quarter patties, when he ordered the DOUBLE big mac, meaning 4 patties total, so again he took it back and asked for it to be remade. At this point he's very upset and leaves. After two mistakes, I'm frustrated and ask to speak to the manager, I explain what happened and that I believe we should receive a full refund and the product for having this inconvenience and he decideds he wants to argue with me and states he doesnt know how many parties are suppose to be on the burger so I had to literally explain to him how it works. We got home and found out that both burgers were incorrect, so that means even after having a burger remade twice, it still wasnt correct? I don't understand how someone who has worked there since before I worked there, is making so many mistakes on a burger that really wasnt that difficult to make. But on top of this, my roommates burger, which was quite simple a big mac with quater patties instead of regular patties, so just two patties was made with only one quater patty... okay, so at this point you can understand our frustration and I wasnt even going to make this review until we got home to find out they were incorrect.. and now, I'm also going to add the fact that while we were there and waiting for the burger to be remade for the second time, my boyfriend watched the lady on table (making the burgers) EAT product with her bare hands while about to prepare his burger and he demanded that she washed her hands and remake a whole new burger because that is so unsanitary! I've had some pretty horrible experiences while going through fast food but this is the #1 worst time I've had at any fast food place, not even just McDonalds. Came here with the family to eat and we stood by the tills waiting for almost 15 min before even some one came to take our order even tho they seen us standing there. Finally some one took out order and we sat down to eat it. Two meals were made right the third one well that was another story completely the wrong meal. Needless to say i went to talk the supervisor and he told me that he will have it fix and to bring it out to me. I said ok thats fine and he said it will be a couple minutes. So i went to sit down with the family. Honestly 20 minutes later no one came to the table with my food honestly i thought they were busy. So I went back up and asked for my food and the same guy that dealt with me said i was calling your number and you never came. I said to him you never told me a number or gave me a receipt you simply told me to sit down and you will bring it out to me. Then he said to me very Rudely I never said that well if that was the case i would have never left to sit with my family. Then he freaked out even more on me in front of customers which they left after seeing him like that. I asked for my money back and he refused to give it to me I had to fight with the guy to even get it back. After this i will never come back to this place again very rude staff with horrible...

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. There is a problem almost every single time I go there. The woman at the drive through window made a rude/inappropriate comment to my boyfriend and son, many other employees are miserable looking, what I order is often wrong, food is cold, fries are old, burger patties are dry, and they consistently make me pull into the parking lot to wait on something as ridiculous as an order of fries. Just a couple days ago I gave them another chance just to get home without much of my order. I grabbed the receipt off the bag and it said iced coffee! I ordered a happy meal, 2 burgers, fries and a pop! They put the wrong receipt on the bag and all that was in the bag was the large fries. The 2 burgers were missing. When I drove all the way back and went in I did get some apologies from one employee but the woman at the window said "they handed that bag to me". She didn't even look in the bag to check that she was handing me the right order. She pointed the finger at someone else even though it was her error.
