My family had a late supper here last night. Our waitress was no smiles, short( barely spoke) and avoided eye contact from start to finish. Our drinks were brought out in good time. We were a party of 5. The waitress brought out the tortillas out way too early.. For the chicken wasn't served until 20 minutes plus later, after the tortillas. We had to send the tortillas back as they were cold. It was 30 minutes plus later from the drinks to our food served. Our order was only immediately ready after trying to get the waitress attention..which was difficult to do. I ordered the Avocado and Mango Salad which was soggy. It looked like the mixed greens were marinaded in the dressing..which made me wonder if my salad was sitting for a long period of time in the kitchen. The mixed greens were not fresh. Limp and brown and dark and slimy. The description of the salad below: Mixed greens, avocado, mango salsa, cucumbers, tomatoes and beets tossed in a citrus-peanut vinaigrette. Topped with goat cheese and cashews. $14.99( over priced) I barely ate the salad. I ate most of the avocado, which was only half an avocado. Waitress didnt ask why I didn't finish nor offered a reduce price as it was poorly made. Cost of party of 5 over $100.00. We still left a very generous tip, thou it was not earned at all. No plans...

Tonight we ordered two chicken finger dinners, some wings and mozzarella sticks went to pick it up and came home with fish and chips some spinach dip thing and some other kind of sandwiches that I’m not sure what it was so we took the food back because that’s not what we ordered, but still had to pay for it Because the lady had told my kids (18 and 15 year olds ) that she couldn’t take the food back Maybe my kids misunderstood I asked my kids and told them I wanted to be perfectly clear before I called if they were asked if you wanted to keep that food that they were supposed to be returning they assured me that the lady told them that they couldn’t take food back from them so basically I had to paid for a bunch of food that we didn’t order and hen I called to ask why I wasn’t refunded for there mess up I was told that my kids were lying and I could bring it back if I wanted a refunded I wasn’t making a third trip there to get a refund that should have been done in the first place even though I get a chicken tenders thet looks like some one had started to...

We are local and have been to the Exeter location many times. Service and food have always been very good. Today we went for our 41st anniversary and got the worst service and food we have experienced in a restaurant in years. My husband ordered the shrimp tacos and we had coconut shrimp appy, both were to the usual standard and delicious. I ordered the fish tacos which I have had and enjoyed many times before. The fish was non existant, a piece smaller than my baby finger in 2 of the 3 and the fish was soggy. We told the waitress who said her boss was working in the kitchen to help out so she would get him. He came out and blames a new employee. He said it was the cutting of the fish. He would let the staff know. And that was that. Basically did not are that the customer was unhappy, did not offer to prepare a new dish, especially after the waitress told me not to eat them til manager got there, so they were cold. Waitress could have cared less as well. We have taken many friends who visit to this location and will find a new local restaurant to give...
