Where do I start! Extremely bad experience. We went in to order specific items, of which were relatively straightforward. 4 forks, 2 XL hot waters, and 2 croissants. What we got was our first bad experience of Starbucks!
There was an elderly lady who worked there and she was extremely rude to both the coworkers and the people ordering. She was very loud in a rude manner, barking orders to clients and coworkers, and throwing things around. I let it slide that she kept interrupting us when we ordered because I thought she may be having a bad day, and I would assume her coworker did the same since one of them seemed pretty upset but wasn’t showing much attitude toward the customers.
We waited for over 5 minutes for simple items we ordered, but we did so patiently. When we received our orders, I asked for the 4 forks, then she said “OH MY GOD!”, in a way where it was causing her soooo much inconvenience to pick up 4 plastic forks and hand it to me. So then I proceeded to confront her about her rude behaviour to everyone, and as you can imagine, she retaliated in the worst way possible. Not sure how she got hired and how she’s still working there, but I believe retiring from Starbucks would be the best option for her if she’s like that always. Once in a while is cool, since we all have our bad days, but everyday is unacceptable! And by the way her kind coworkers reacted every time she was ordering them around, I would assume she would usually be like that.
I hope this review makes it to higher ups (like the other reviews that are about the same lady) and the issue would be addressed. All in all, we got what we ordered, with an extra side of attitude. Safe to say, we will never visit Starbucks again, in general not just...

First i wanted a iced drink they made a drink that was supose to be iced with no ice that was hot then i tryed it & it taste really milky & no flavour when i got 7 pumps of vanilla... that makes no sense & when i took it back for her to fix it the short older caucasian lady with brown/blonde hair maybe late 40's -50 maybe even 60's she gave me attuide & was being so rude & disrespectful & has no customer service skills & she said " it gona taste the same but il remake it" & mumbling under her breath to co workers like excuse me thats not customer service i ussd to work for starbucks i know what training you have to do i know you literally get taught to not be rude if u made my drink wrong fix it that what customer service is she needs to redo training or maybe find another job because customer service is clearly not in her set of skills at all, im extremely disappointed with how i was treated by this...
Read moreMy mocha was not right. We all get accustomed to our preferred drinks at Starbucks, right? I've always loved the iced mocha. The barista here got mine totally wrong. Didn't taste right at all. And sure there wasn't any espresso in it. Also barely any mocha sauce. Everything was going so slow here too, so I decided to drive down the road to the other bucks, and hope they'd fix it. I didnt even have any confidence in this bucks being able to fix my drink to an actual mocha. But the bucks down the road side assistance fantastic job of providing me the correct formula in my mocha, making it taste as good as they usually do, with actual espresso and mocha sauce in it, and also way better customer service. What this location provide me was like drinking milk with some ice. Lol. And also, the reason I didn't have any confidence in them to fix it, is because the customers ahead and behind me were also complaining about their drinks. Maybe this barista needs to figure his...
