To start with their website menu is pretty much useless and there's no pricing shown for any size pizza and/or toppings. If you want to order online you have to do so through a food delivery service. There's no way I'm making an account with any of those bandits, even though it claims no service charge for pick-up.

I managed to find a phone number and placed my order. The order taker was helpful and polite taking the order. Had trouble finiding the place as the sign above their store was completely gone! Had to look in the windows of a few units to determine which one was the pizza place, lol. The whole Plaza there looked pretty rough by the way - seen much better days.

Pizza was ready on time. When the kid (maybe 20ish) rang it up the bill for a medium; 3-topping pizza was $23 & change! I almost fell over!! There's a sign in the window advertising 2-Medium Pizzas for $23 & change so I thought the kid had something mixed up? Nope! Good Lord! I can get a 24 slice party Pizza for less than that at several places in town.

The good news is the pizza was decent tasting, although very much lacking in toppings considering the exorbitant price and it was pretty greasy which I don't mind but I know some others would so beware!

Anyway; at those prices & the lacking toppings, I won't...

I’ve been a fan of Volcano Pizza for as long as I can remember. I’ve ate pizza from their Welland store for almost 30 years. The pizza there has always been dynamite. I moved from Welland to St Catharines a few years back and I’m a fat dude that loves food, so for me Pizza is a staple. And trust me when I tell you, I’ve tried them all. You got all the St Kitts heavy hitters. The Pizza Company, Fabio’s, Pie Guys, and all of them are meh... ok. I work around the corner from Volcano, so it’s a quick 3 minutes drive to get some slices, so I’m there a few times a week. Their Pizza is delicious, every bite is like chomping into a little bit of heaven. And the staff are amazing too. Courteous and polite, always friendly, and the establishment is clean. The Pope would walk in there, plop down and eat a slice if he saw it, I’m talking clean clean. I’ve ordered delivery about 6 times since they opened, and the delivery is just as amazing. I’d rate this place a 10 start if I could. Honestly, if Angels had pizza joints, they’d serve Volcano’s.

Great job, Fern. And I hope you’re nothing but successful in this city. We’ve needed a good spot...

This is for the Welland Location!!!!

Placed a order for delivery.

Simple. Party Tray, quarter no cheese pepperoni and sauce only. The rest of the pizza, sausage, green pepper, cheese, sauce only.

I had to tell the customer rep four times how many pizzas I wanted and what I wanted on them...

I was then quoted with 45 minutes before I could add 20 honey garlic wings to the order. Added the wings and then slammed the phone with no total.

Called back to confirm my order, just in case and was greeted with a worsened attitude when he realized it was me.

Guy's and gal's, I get it. Were all frustrated and adjusting as we go through a pandemic.

Your taking pizza orders, put a smile on your face and learn respect.

I hope my pizza and wings upholds the quality I have come to enjoy....

An hour later....

Nope. Pizza was completely backwards and I had to call back again.

The customer rep told me that he would send a pizza no cheese to correct my order. Still waiting, 35...

They have a nice deal of 2 slices with pop for $6, pizza was hot and they put a nice amount of tomato souce without making the pizza too watery. Staff is friendly but they are busy so be pacient. They have a few stools to dine in and they also deliver. Having the menu visible for everyone would be a great addition to this place. Next time I'll try the wings.
