Booster Juice — Restaurant in St. Albert

About a month ago I was advised by the Servus Place location that if I downloaded the app there would be benefits to joining. The key selling feature I was advised about was that on your birthday Booster Juice will give you a free smoothie. So today on my birthday I made a trip out of my way to stop at the Hebert Rd. location. Here I was greeted with multiple reasons why I could not have a free smoothie on my birthday. I asked why and was told that there system did not recognize it was my birthday. Meanwhile I had my drivers license in hand to assure them that I was not in anyway trying to take advantage of a promotion but rather following their staff's advice. Not sure why they needed to sell me on this promotion or the app in general if their system cannot read the information properly. Thank you Booster Juice for providing me false information and this location in particular providing me below average customer service. Tuesday June 29th. This place is a joke. Standing in line, customer in front of me not wearing a mask the entire time. He orders from the staff member with no issues. As I wait for my smoothie and wrap there are 2 people waiting in line. In walks in another customer with no mask as I grab my order. So I continued to watch as what I thought was another customer with no mask get in line, it ended up being a staff member. Walks in with no mask, walks by everyone in line and walks into the back. No mask the entire time.

I have been drinking the high impact acai for years. Went in expecting the same quality, the woman working did not want to be there clearly. 1st time she made it it tasted nothing like a high-impact. I brought it back in and told her it tasted like Ice and should be creamier. She did remake it however I watched closely this time, half a scoop of protein powder, didn't put my booster in and she only put one scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt.
