Today was the final straw for me, I usually come here everyday for coffee and a breakfast item on my way to work but today I finally had enough I ordered a large orange peoko tea 2 milk 2 sugar ( made it wrong 2 cream 2 sugar) and a cranberry orange muffin. I was handed my tea and then the boy at the window said they were out of cranberry orange and so I said I’ll take fruit and fiber instead once he tells me that he says okay park in stall one, I’m thinking for real for a muffin? Takes 2 seconds to grab one and put it in the bag. To my surprise 7 miniutes later I’m STILL sitting at the parking window being honked at because they parked another guy who was behind me and because I had received my order yet after 7 miniutes he was blocking the main pick up window. 7 MINUTES you guys for a muffin that’s already baked there’s no excuse as to why I had to wait that long. I worked at McDonald’s for a LONG time and I know muffins are already baked and put in the cabinet all that is needed is to grab one out of the cabinet put it in a bag and hand it out the window very simple. When she opened the window she begins to ask me” what was your order” so you parked me and didn’t even know what my order was because my guess is you served the order from the screen and forgot. I watched 15 cars drive off before the parking window was even opened.I never even received an apology for the wait just handed me the muffin and walked off. I have never been so upset with McDonald’s in my life I’m usually very respectful as a former employee I get it but I’ve finally had enough they should know when to park and what they were parked for I’m VERY disappointed do better and train your staff on what is...
Read moreIf I could I would give 0 stars. I’ll start out by saying I went through drive thru to order food an I believed there was a miscommunication. I went back to fix the mistake that had happened the guy who I believed was a manager (didn’t get name unfortunately) helped me immediately but the minute he figured out why I was there he began giving attitude an being rude. I told him what had happened, what the problem was a what I wanted 4 times before he re-rang my order in. I asked him if he understood what I wanted an I think he got a little offended but I just wanted to make sure it came out right this time. Once I received my new order I checked it before leaving see if the problem was fix an it was not. I told the staff (there were a couple of people there and the guy that helped me in the beginning) that the problem was still not resolved an the guy that helped me up front interrupted me an i quote said “I’ll just give it to you okay?!” So I said okay an went home to enjoy my meal. I get home, open the bag, start taking everything out an there was a new problem. I ordered 2 hamburgers plain, I got 1 plain an the other was just the meat -_- like what? VERY unimpressed with everything about this location honestly. time to get new staff I think guys. Ps: I’m a manager else where a this guy did NOT handle the situation well at all! (Little update: reading through the reviews I’ve noticed I’m not the only one that has a problem with this location and not only that, it doesn’t look like anyone response or reaches out like other companies do. I will be telling ALL my family and friends to NEVER go to this location! And to maybe boycott McDonald’s all together, stick to other fast...
Read moreAt 7 pm on Friday June 25th, They have decided to close and lock the dining room. My wife called and was told "they dont have staff"
So you have staff to make food, and staff to man the drive thru, but you cant hand an order over the counter to a customer waiting in the lobby? We could use the automated kiosk to order....
Just another time McDonald's has made poor choices, and will lead to their failure.
Edit: Wasnt me, but was in the truck when my brother went through the drive thru 2 days later. Ordered fries with no salt, and salt on the side. (We are getting old, and cant have that much salt. Not that big of a deal right?)
This apparently is too much for the employee, who with quite a bit of attitude, when being asked for "salt, ketchup and McChicken sauce", responded, cutting him off quickly "Theres salt in the bag"
We left the drive thru to find only pepper in the bag. Based on the way the employee behaved, and how they spoke, it seemed intentional.
Be wary, they are desperate for employees and some of the ones they have, have an attitude problem. Do you get paid less for making fresh orders? Does the building fall over if your drive thru time averages 1 second more? ...
