TL;DR: Eloisa needs some serious customer service training.
I just left this location with an awful customer service experience. I had a mobile order, that is, I waited in my car for my food to be brought out and I could just drive off after. There was a missing nuggets order so unfortunately I had to get out of my car and go back inside. When inside I was faced with Eloisa, who accused me of lying about the missing items claiming she “packed the order herself” and she even went as far as asking me to prove it. There were no nuggets and no sauce in my bag, she might have done it herself, but she did so while forgetting not one, but two items important to the order. I’m incredibly unhappy with the defensive and argumentative attitude I received during my experience today. This is far from the first bad experience i’ve had with Eloisa, but this one stands out. All of the other staff were polite and happy to serve me, however, my experience with Eloisa today leaves an incredibly sour feeling towards this location. Read moreReally the only things I expect from McDonald's are consistency, efficiency and convenience. This visit I only got consistency as efficiency and convenience went out the window.
I went into the restaurant to order as I thought it would be quicker, my mistake. I used the automated ordering boards and used a coupon from the app, which went rather smoothly, but when I tried to order a second item with another coupon on the same order, well let's just say 5 minutes later and trying to both scan and type in my second coupon (including spending another minute or two trying to get the app to respond), I found out that the order board didn't allow more than one coupon per order anyhow, but it let me try and enter another coupon and waste my time. In those 5 minutes, I watched 5 people order ahead of me because they chose to talk to the cashier instead. Additionally, after ordering and while waiting for my food in the restaurant, there were a constant stream of people going through the drive through that seemed to be getting their orders prioritized.

It is the same OLD and TRIED McDonald's and the food is bad, Bad and BAD. We ordered a Big Mac and a habanero chicken sandwich, the Big Mac was the classic Big Mac with very little flavor in the beef, too much breading but the sauce covered it all. It had a lot of lettuce to add bulk, but who goes to a burger joint for lettuce? The habanero chicken was the real BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! The chicken patty disappeared underneath the bun, I guess the real money went to the glossy posters of the chicken sandwich outside the restaurants.
