Second edit to this review, ordered again today via skip Aug 24 2023. Not sure what is happening in your store. The quality has been so bad both times. I tried calling on the 22nd as well and no one answers the phone. The ham sub was put together so sloppily and the steak sub had alot of dried pieces of steak presumably because it's older / has been exposed to air. I even wrote on the instructions for both subs to not make them poorly as I ordered 2 days ago and the quality was really bad. I was a regular customer for 10 years and now after 2 bad orders I had to change my review from a 5 star, down to a 3 and now to a 1. This was my fave go to sub shop and I even told people to go to the one in village landing if they wanted great subs but I won't be doing that anymore. Very disappointed

Had to edit this review a little bit. Today I ordered via skip Aug 22 2023 and there was hardly any chicken on my sub, most bites was just pure bread. And my sub was made upside down on both subs. I had asked for the cheese on top of the meat, I didn't request the veggies on top of the cheese. So they made the sandwiches in reverse, there was also sauce on the bottom of the bread for both subs and I asked for it to be put on top of the meat. Pretty bummed out because I'm a regular customer for you guys and today it was pretty sub par :(

I'm hoping Dave and his wife still own this place. Been getting subs from here for almost 10 years now and it's still the BEST. Quality is never bad. Subs are never bad and it just seems like they keep doing...

I used to frequent this location often. The old owners were very generous with the toppings. I last visited here yesterday and bought 4 large veggie subs. The owner was not there and an employee I hadn’t seen before took my order. Each sub is approx. $10 so you would expect them to put a decent amount of veggies. I even asked her when I ordered over the phone to be generous, as it’s just veggies I’m getting (and the visit before had very little veggies). She confirmed. I tipped 15% and paid nearly $47 for these 4 subs. When I picked up my order the subs were already made and in bags, so I assumed they were to my liking. I got home and my whole family was disappointed with the lack of veggies. I honestly could have went out and grabbed the ingredients myself for much cheaper and made wayyy better subs. Keep in mind I visited this location quite often under previous ownership. There is a reason I have not gone back in a while and will not be returning...

My kids earned a free small sub from their school. We ordered and our coupon was refused. The employee contacted the owner and he said the previous owner had distributed the coupons and they were no longer accepted. No expiry date, no notice in the store. So they threw the subs in the garbage instead of giving them to my kids. My kids really feel appreciated so thank you. We will never visit this location again, I will notify the parent community to let them know not to disappoint their kids by taking them for...
