These guys refused to provide me with everything I paid for, after previously offering to do so when they owned up to their mistake. Theft is what you call that.
When I called in to make an order a month later, they tried to spin it off as an “expired offer” and proceeded to talk rudely over me when I was explaining exactly what he had previously told me. “We will bring you a 2 litre on your next order sir, Im sorry about that.”
Your delivery driver forgot the 2L one night. One night as in, I’ve eaten Nitzas hundreds of times in my life growing up in St. Albert. Driver was quick to apologize and advise that he would go back and get it, without me complaining a word. I tipped him generously, feeling bad about him having to make two trips.
I called the store an hour later and was greeted by “sorry we’re closed” before I could say a hello. When I grabbed the guys attention from what sounded like almost being hung up on, I advised him that my driver never came back with a 2liter he forgot about and said he went back for. The guy on the phone said he just cashed him out and sent him home. Not even an apology during the conversation. Only the offer of “We’ll make sure to add it to your next order I’ll mark it on your address buddy enjoy your pizza tonight”
I told you I tipped generously with the expectation of receiving what I paid for in full. I also told you the result of this cost me more that evening by having to go purchase beverages (again) from another business that evening, defeating the entirety of delivery. Your best apology was to offer putting what I paid for, onto my next order as if you were doing me a favour.
Fast forward a month later and I call into make an order for delivery and cash in on my 2 litre. The lady sounded extremely hesitant on me mentioning the info of receiving a 2litre I had previously paid for. Little do you guys know, she left the phone unhooked instead of pressing hold and I heard the entire conversation. Do you always talk about loyal customers like that to between each other? Then have the audacity to refuse me previously paid for product and act as if I’m the rude one when you tell me “buddy that’s expired this is the restaurant business” and continue talking about anything I say?
Keep your pop. It was worth my money to hear the arrogant conversation you had while not realizing the phone wasn’t on hold. Awesome way to treat customers of 15 years support. I can assure you, you’ll never steal another penny from me again. I’ll more than happy to steer everyone I know considering take out, to literally any other business then you moving forward.
Order here if you want missing items on deliveries, then be denied those items, because “that’s...
Read moreOrdered a few pizzas from here tonight the order was a little tricky but I made clear to the cashier what I was doing. There was a miscommunication somewhere and I ended up not getting any diced tomato’s on the donair pizzas despite just saying everything except for onions and tomato sauce on the 3 while the other was fully loaded just without the tomato sauce. Needless to say this had happened a few times in the past as well where I haven’t gotten diced tomato on the pizza despite indicating I wanted everything except for onion and tomato sauce. Spent over 95 dollars for the pizzas and then not getting the correct order or toppings right is a bit frustrating especially as I didn’t know the orders weren’t correct until I got home. Called and let them know. The manager/owner, and staff were very accommodating and easily corrected the issue by making 3 more large pizzas this time made to my order, free of charge delivered within 30 mins to my house despite it being slightly outside of St. Albert. Excellent job on customer retention as after tonight I was legitimately not going to come here anymore despite the pizza being very good quality. Went from a bad experience...
Read moreMy experience with Nitza's blows my mind. I called at 4:00PM to order 5 pizzas and 25 hot wings and 25 salt and pepper wings for a birthday party. They delivered the food on time but after the driver left, we realized they brought 50 hot wings only. I called them and explained that they missed the salt and pepper wings. I was put thru to the manager who apologized for the error and said they would deliver the salt and pepper wings. This is where it gets crazy... He said "when we deliver the wings can you please give the driver the 25 hot wings" I said "really? you want them back?" and he said yes because we have a new girl taking orders and I need the wings back to show her, her mistake. I said that would be fine. 2 hours later, still no wings. I called back again and asked for the manager and asked him if he had forgotten about me. He said no and that because so much time had passed he didn't think I would want them and there would be nothing they could do with the hot wings I was suppose to return! It leaves me to wonder what they were planning to do with the returned wings. I've never in my life experienced this. Even McDonalds has better...
