I always enjoy coming through the Drive - Thru or inside, the staff is phenomenal especially Shane heâs such a wonderful barista and really energetic and talkative itâs nice when you mobile order and he comes up to see if youâve received your items and if not heâll go check to make sure itâs on its way. I always enjoy talking to Shane about hobbies and stuff he really takes a deep interest in connecting with the customers to learn about them, and I absolutely love that!
Itâs extremely unfortunate how Starbucks as a company treats their employees though, reading online and these reviews, I agree the wait can be extreme Ive waited 20 minutes once. This is not the baristas faults, Starbucks tends to not give their staff proper labour, I was in their recently and the cafe was packed with what it looked like only three people working on the floor. I canât imagine how stressful and exhausting that is for their employees. Iâll always keep coming back though, the staff is really good at talking with customers when it isnât busy and they genuinely love having those good conversations about music or interests itâs delightful having conversation with them.
I really hope they change that, because itâs not fair for their employees especially during the pandemic to be short such labour their getting berated...
   Read moreI've been coming to this Starbucks regularly since I moved to the area in September. The staff are always working very hard, but never fail to give great service with fantastic attitudes. They have always made my orders perfectly, but today I got my first 'oops' from them. (Not a huge deal at all, I'm just so happy with the recovery) They were very busy, and one of the drinks I was picking up from the drive through was not correct. I noticed an hour later at home when I took my first sip. I went back to the store not sure if they would remember me. I did deal with different people this time, but they were so helpful. Immediately upon hearing me out, the staff promptly apologized and asked me what they could do to make it better. I just asked for the drink I had originally ordered, and they made it for me straight away, with a little hand written 'sorry' on the cup. I hate to inconvenience anyone, but the staff were friendly, accommodating, and made the recovery a fantastic experience. Props to the amazing team working today between 10...

After waiting over 25 minutes for my drinks I was given two very badly made shaken espressos. When I brought it to the attention of the barista that these drinks were not good he visibly sighed and said they were fine. When I asked where the cold foam was that I added he told me it sank to the bottomâŚ.cold foam is not supposed to do that. I was told Iâd be put to the back of the queue if I wanted them re-made. I get they were busy. But at $10/drink - the sloppiness and lack of care - especially when it seems to be a pattern for this store isnât acceptable. Wonât be returning to this location any time soon.
