Subway — Restaurant in St. Catharines

The staff here need to learn what LESS means on an order. Asked for a veggie sandwich with less mayo less mustard but got a bread sandwich with hardly any veggies swimming in mustard and mayo. I accidentally sent my order here what a horrible mistake. Really bad I couldn't bother to drive back to complain. Hopefully they teach staff to read and when making veggie delight actually put in veggies I'm not paying 9 dollars for bread.

So you have the audacity to tell me you made the sandwiches right? When there was mustard and mayo dripping out of an empty bun? Telling me its my fault and that I should have ordered extra veggies. What difference would that make if your sandwich makers can't read? Why dont you state the truth? You are cheap and tell your employees to skimp on ingredients to make more money. I orderd a sub and wanted extra mayo and the lady working today was super rude and said thats enough i think and i asked for more please and shes like its going to cost you extra and i said thats fine. She proceeded to wrap my sub withiut the extra mayo and gets me a container of mayo. and got mad at me like shakingly mad, then threw my sub down and the extra mayo came out of the bag and didnt even put it back in. I said im not coming back here and shes like thats fine. I was super nice to this person and didnt deserve this. If a customer wants extra mayo then let it happen. Honestly the best Subway restaurant in St Catharines. It's very clean and welcoming. As soon as we walked in the man at the register greeted us. The women who made our sandwiches was very polite and what I liked most she was patient with my 7 year old nephew. I like to let him order his own food and pick what he wants which at times can take a bit. She smiled and waited to see what he would pick next. My nephew loved his sandwich and ate it all. As we sat in the restaurant eating I was pleasantly pleased with how they treat all their customer. A lot of restaurants in the area could really take a few tips on customer service from this place.
