Burger King — Restaurant in St. Catharines

We attended tonight Friday Feb 22,19 around 6:50pm. When we arrived it was busy and we waited patiently for our turn.1 The lady who took our order was in training and was the only one on cash. She took our order and made a mistake when it went through. We understood and waited while she figured it out. One of the managers or person in charge at the time came out and questioned what it ment( she was extremely rude with her right in front of us as customers). The lady in training kept a smile and stayed calm during this busy time as you could tell she was overwhelmed. She had gone over and asked for help from another employee and they were extremely uncaring with her. The girl that came to help rolled her eyes and frankly all of them need to learn how to deal with customers. None of them could answer a question on person even told a customer that they could not have a side of mustard?? Umm... what?? Our order then got missed and it took multiple employees to figure out what to do and how to fix it. We wait an extra 12 mins and not one manager apologized or even offered to make our food fresh. When we got it it was cold with no gravy on the poutine and my side of gray was half full that you pay extra for. Over all it was very disappointing to see how these kids working at this location treated customers and managers did nothing to help the girl on cash in training. So last week my husband and I were at shoppers Drug mart In line and were talking about what to eat. It was Wednesday so ofcourse I thought Whopper Wednesday, but it was 11:35 pm and this line didn't look like we were going anywhere fast. My husband suggested that I call Burger King and pre order the Whoppers so I did. I Said that we were wanting to order 3 Whopper specials and we called so we would be sure to get them before they close. The worker said no no you don't need to pre order were open till 2am so I was like okay bonus because we thought they were closing at 12 am. In any business first appearance is the most important. When you walk into the first set of doors of the location The Ledges are filthy there is pop on the walls just a little spiders here and there. When we ordered our food it was up in less than a minute yes I'm complaining about this. It was cold the cheese has it melted the onion rings were gross. Instead of getting up bringing the food back to the counter and complaining I sat down I had my meal and I tried to go on to their actual website. And place a customer survey which wouldn't work. The place is disgusting. Sitting at the first booth next to the garbage can at the main entrance if you look past the line of this light on the wall you can see handprints.
