Burrito Guyz St.Catharines — Restaurant in St. Catharines

I would like to say some very small critiques. I'm in here just under an hour after opening on a Sunday and my only standing complaint is the wonderful gentleman behind the counter needs to find his outdoor voice. What I mean by that is your music in your lobbies a decent volume but if the waiting staff talk at almost a whisper it's kind of hard for a hearing impaired individual to understand what's going on. Now to talk about the food due to my dietary problems I am very picky on where I go this is my first time I believe in a burrito guys I've been to a lot of the other burrito places here in town. I do not feel I got my money's worth. Usually the rice bowls are full to the point the blood barely closes at other locations. This might just simply be one of those kind of days all in all not that bad the rice was a little on the cool side chicken was cool as well and I'm kind of rambling now. I don't need a coupon I don't need something sent to me saying sorry for your bad experience I just wish to communicate these...

I want to express my dissatisfaction with this place. Yesterday I went with my family to eat some frozen yogurt and it was a total and disgusting disaster. To begin with, the place is a total mess. I only saw one employee doing literally nothing and the place was very dirty. The tables were not cleaned. Things were on the floor. I don't think they even have air conditioning. To top it off, when they gave us the ice cream, I found a hair. I thought maybe it was mine. I was in a coma from the ice cream. I took it out and inside the ice cream I found a disgusting black thing. It looked like a stone. I continued stirring the ice cream and noticed more black spots. The most disgusting thing was like a spindle head or a weevil. I don't know what it was. I threw up. I didn't eat because I didn't want to end up with more pains like this. I will never go back there....

I decided to give it a try based off others reviews, I expected a lot better and was quite disappointed actually! Comparable to Burrito Boyz but worse in my honest opinion. The burrito was large, but mostly consisted of rice that didn’t have much flavour to it. The meat was such a minimal amount I really found myself looking for more meat among all the rice. Their measure scoops give you an insane amount of tomatoes but a tiny dusting of bland cheese.
