First I love coming here, have been for years now. Since they changed names, there have been issues. One I placed an order and then found out they hadn't reopened yet since changing names. Didn't get charged so only lost time. Not ideal but c'est la vie.

Today I placed an order, using the link ON this listing and it apparently went to the Welland location. I arrived to pick up my order and the Welland location called me as I arrived. I hadn't paid for my order luckily but the gentleman on the phone was quite snippy asking when I realized my order went to the wrong spot - it was less than a minute before he called. He then said to just order in-person since I was at the St Catharines location anyway. Not the best encounter but whatever.

Now I place my order here in-person and they say 20 minutes. Fine. I go kill some time and arrive 25 minutes later. Order still isn't done AND they messed up my order so they had to remake one of the dishes.

This ordeal all started at 2pm and it's now 4pm and I'm FINALLY just getting my food. I will be taking my business elsewhere for the foreseeable future - I recommend you do as well. At least until the system gets sorted.

To add insult to injury, I've never had such bland food. Previously the flavours were amazing. Today? Awful. I typically order a few for leftovers and I don't even want to eat them now. So disappointing. I'll be going to Indian Aroma Kitchen...

After experiencing bad service for couple of times. I am posting this, so that the owner should know about the service we as customers are getting. We ordered 2 chole bhature as they don’t have this item on their menu on Uber eats. So we called for order and did pickup for it. I travel to st Catherine from Thorold just to pickup my food. And after reaching home where my friend was waiting for the food and I told her soooooo much good things about the food. So when I reached home open the package there was only one serving in it. I was soooooooo mad my friend called to the restaurant and person who pick up the phone, said u can order again and pick it up if u want or come next time and will give it you……. Here is thing if I order something and I want it to have the same day, I paid the money for 2 and and getting one serving. It’s not about money and food. I use to order food from you every week on my day off and recommend to my all friends and colleagues. This is ridiculous and she did not bother herself to resolve this. And why should I drive back to restaurants to pickup the food again. To owner I love your food but service and attention to details is...

I finally found a great Indian food restaurant!

The samosas are wonderful. They are surprisingly large with a small amount of spicyness that just adds to its wonderful flavour.

Now onto the butter chicken. I've tried at the Touch of India, but found the butter chicken to "sweet" (i.e. Not spicy at all). Then I tried the butter chicken at Hot Kitchen Fast Food Indian restaurant and I found theirs had far too much masala, and it was too spicy for me. Then the angels sent me Kolkata Club - perfect blend of spicyness that makes you go "aah aahh" and your nose runs but also so enjoyable that you cannot stop. The butter chicken is enough to last a person for 2 meals. My brother eats a lot and even he couldn't finish it, which is great for leftovers.

The butter naan is good though not as great as the Touch of India's, which is thinner. But otherwise still very good and slightly thicker than I am used it. I find that the portion of 1 order of naan is not enough for 1 butter chicken, you need 1.5 but since that is not an option go for 2. Would...
