Terrible service Scott Street you have gone down hill really badly not happy I had already wrote my review and some how it got lost if I could give 0 I would very disappointed with this location , now hopefully this time my review won't get lost like I was trying to say I went in for a coffee and some thing to eat I originally wanted a breakfast menu then I got told they don't do breakfast menu after a certain time and I had to repeatedly say large black coffee with 2 sugars please and double cup and sleeve because of senitive hands and then the girl asked me what size for the orange pecko and I said large black coffee with 2 sugars dd cup please loud enough so the girl could hear me then I asked for roast beef and cheddar sandwich then I got told there machine isn't working for that so I said fine ham and swiss cheese and then it was handed to me with out any bag and with out any napkins and I had said it was to go by the time I got home and I unwrapped the sandwich it literally feel all apart items on the sandwich all over the place and before I even got home the guy who made it even though had gloves on rubbed his nose with the back of his hand and top it off no had even started to make or finish my order the girl who took the order had to go to one of the other employees cause she didn't know how to make the sandwich at least 6 employees working and hardly any one in the store and I had to wait for more than 5 minutes to even get the rest of my order and I told one of the employees that they need to get their act together and the employee just walked away from me and didn't respond to what I said that is why I said if I could give a ( 0 ) I would this is why Scott Street you've gone down hill really badly not happy with your service not one bit/. Read moreWhile ordering inside, my neighbor watched my dog outside. He witnessed a young woman texting and driving through the drive thru and nearly rear end a car in line. He yelled at her to get off her phone while driving. This is a particularly important issue to him as he had to run out of the way of another young woman whom almost ran him over a few weeks ago while texting and driving in a parking lot. I left the counter with my order and went outside where I was told what happened while opening our drinks and feeding my dog his usual 2 birthday cake timbits. At this point a young female employee comes out the door and tells us both that we have to leave as a woman in the drive thru complained that there was a man yelling at her in the drive thru. I asked her if maybe she would like to know the whole story before asking us to leave as she just gave a cold blank look. So I told her what she did, which is a chargeable offense even in a drive thru, and that my friend yelled at her to get off the phone while driving. With the same cold blank look, she said you still have to leave. We left with out anything more said, as we aren't trouble makers. This young female employee was very narrow minded and not interested in the truth. We both felt like the victims of a couple of "Me Too". Don't get me wrong, I know how to treat people (not just women) with respect, but when one young woman got called out for breaking the law and tells another young woman in a position to make us leave just enough info to get the other to sympathize with her, thats just wrong. Thinking it might be time to start going to Starbucks except my dog likes his treats at Tim's. Ps. Although I have had a few other incidents of poor service from time to time, not often, most all of the staff have been very friendly and do a awesome job. Read moreCame 15 mins to close and no one bothered to answer at drive thru - completely ignored us. To boot my orders are always wrong or gross but this is the closest Tim’s to me so it’s always a hit or miss with 80% of the time it being a waste of money. But it really upset me when I was ignored at the drive thru, you could have at least told me you couldn’t take my order instead of pretending I didn’t exist.
Update 06 2025: morning staff seem to only be able to make my orders right. I always ask for extra cream and base for my ice coffees and if I come in when the shift has changed in the evening it a whole different atmosphere. No extra cream, coffee had 3-4 ice cubes and tasted like it was burnt. I just paid $7 for 2 coffees I won’t drink and I’m not walking all the way back with my kid. $7 for 2 coffees this should be made correctly. Plus evening staff always have their friends there hanging out specially night time staff — it’s awkward and I just want my coffee made right 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
9/16/25: highschool kids are packed in the shop, I order my coffee and I ASK to confirm it was made correctly, it’s VISIBLY not correct. I ask for extra cream and my coffees were dark. Worker replied “yes” and ran off. My coffees weren’t even stirred. Ofc I go home and it tastes like watered down sugary bitter iced coffee. I ordered 3 coffees and a muffin. So there’s another almost $13 of my money wasted and I’m pissed. I get you’re busy but if you can’t handle making coffee get a new job this Timmie’s is ridiculous. I go to the Pencentre Tim hortons and they’re amazing. They have lines that go waaaay back and they make their orders right. I hate to be an a** but I paid 13$ for someone else to make my coffee CORRECTLY.
