Why do you ask people to give their experience with a reference code when obviously nothing is done to rectify the complaints.

Other than Bobbi and the tall pleasant young man who puts smiley faces on the burger with mustard, your staff are the most ignorant, arrogant and self righteous people in the service industry I've come across. Time you told them that they aren't doing the customers any favour, it is the customer doing their employer a favour by supporting that store. Do your managers even know front line customer service skills to train their staff? Doesn't appear so. It is not just one particular individual, but the majority of your staff at this location fit the bill.

"YOUR WELCOME and a smile" goes along way.

Please don't respond with telling me your sorry and to contact referencing a code, because I'm not wasting my time. The negative reviews on here should be an eye opener.

Will unfortunately be our last visit to this location. We are regulars here and normally get the same thing every time, and now they regularly mess up our order (use to never be an issue). Usually what happens is they mess up the toppings on our burgers and put the wrong stuff on each burger. Today we wanted to try their signature poutines as a replacement for the fries in our combos. We got 1 Bacon double cheese poutine & 1 Buffalo chicken poutine. Upon receiving our order they severely messed up my burger (missing toppings as well as toppings were added that I never asked for) as well as we got a normal poutine instead of the bacon double cheese, and the buffalo chicken poutine only had chicken and fries (no gravy, cheese, or buffalo sauce). There seems to be a constant issue at this location with consistency as the other locations in the city dont seem to have an issue. So unfortunately my time at this location was not a good one there was not a single customer in the store I walked in one of the girls turned around with a rude look on her face didn’t say a word and turned back then one of the other ladies took my order then when it came time to make my burgers the same lady that gave me a dirty look when I first walked in also is The person putting the toppings on the burger I believe her name was Kesha she did not smile once the whole time she had a very miserable look on her face didn’t even ask what I wanted on my burgers just looked up and gave me a dirty luck the only good thing about this experience was the nice blonde lady who took my order. Like I understand you work at Harvey’s it’s not the best job in the world but you could at least smile and greet the customers
