I used to go here a lot and order their specials! Now I call to order, the same way I used to and they charge me extra.
I would get, sweet and sour chicken with the sweet and sour sauce on the side instead of ontop of it, and whatever side I selected (depending on the combo)
Now, I'm being told it's 1.00 extra for it on the side.
I went very slow to confirm that even if I do not want the sauce ON the chicken, just on the side [ not asking for extra, just asking for it on the side ] that it is extra? I was told "Yes"

The restaurant itself is very messy. It's styled like an average low-income apartment in Hong Kong, which isn't a good thing. The wallpaper's peeling off in places, or held together with duct tape. Tables are old and low quality. And the washrooms remind me of the good old motherland the most, being filthy and whatnot.
The food isn't half bad for average Chinese-Canadian fare. It's reasonably priced, and doesn't take too long to get to the table. The Curry Chicken didn't leave me with a good feeling afterwards, and it tasted kind of cheap.
