Taibah Bistro — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Okay. I never usually complain about restaurants and what not. But seriously I've tried almost every shawarma place in St Catharines. And there are all around the same level quality. Maybe with slight differences. But they're all pretty good. This guy serves me a bunch of large pieces of chicken over rice. The main point of shwarma is basically having it as shredded as possible. He barely had any garlic sauce left so just used what was there which wasn't enough to cover it at all. Then the bill comes up to 21.99 for a large chicken shawarma plate plus a coke but the price was advertised as 12.99. And on top of that when he went to hand me my change I noticed his whole finger was sliced open with visible blood covered up by what appeared to be toilet paper maybe? If you see this comment I'll gladly return my plate and I want my money back. Nice guy don't get me wrong but seriously? A bloody hand? Up charging? Running out of supplies? If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I definitely would. We ordered from this restaurant using door dash and it was awful. Half of the food we ordered didn’t even arrive. The food that we did receive isn’t even edible. The lettuce is slimy/rotten, the chicken is dry and is hard as a rock and the beef is stringy and dry. I truly don’t know how this restaurant has passed inspection with public health. Do yourself a favour and avoid this dumpster fire called a restaurant. Explain to me when you order chicken schwarma plate and then the owner tells you we are out of meat .

You're still open for business that day. Replace meat with fallafle but instead of still making it as a plate dish you sub it for a wrap without even asking... I actually felt scammed lol

Had he said we don't have the ingredients to make even a plate order ( rice, salad , sauces ) I would of right there said no thank you which brings me back to 1.

Why even stay open for business when you can't make any dish that is meat related
