Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Myself and my man and my small kiddos all got food poisoning my kiddos have been projectile vomiting 🤮 and all of us past couple days sore stomach and running to the 🚽 bathroom!! Called and complained to the pizza store them saying “sorry we don’t have record of you buying a pizza” … well uhmmm I have a receipt and still the box the pizza came in 😕 Asked if we could get our money back (of course never ordering from them again) they responded back “sorry we can not do that .. not possible” and to come tomorrow to speak to another manager .. the one on the phone was a manager they stated 😕 Not polite service at all from them coming from one of the managers that run the place. Not professional at all. My spouse mentioned maybe we should call the health board if that’s the route it has to go considering if something was wrong with their food instead of offering to remake one, credit for one or money back for it or resolve the issue………they responded back “do what you have to do” …. Kept passing the phone onto other staff …We will NEVER EVER order from Papa Johns on Scott street in st Catharine’s!! Horrible pizza and service! Thanks a lot now I have kids puking 🤮 ever since eating that pizza! 😡 😡 😡 New to living here in st Catharine’s and I will never be ordering from them again I would rate it 0 stars if I could!!! I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas yesterday afternoon via Ubereats. They arrived very quickly. When I opened the box, both pizzas had hardly any cheese at all and the cheese was scattered horribly - some of the cheese wasn’t even melted! The pepperonis were on top and were literally visibly uncooked as well. BOTH pizzas were completely uncooked. The dough literally was cold and still completely raw and it was chewy and wet. I complained to Uber eats and sent a picture and they immediately refunded me and apologized.

I’m unsure why these pizzas were made and packed with zero care at all as I have ordered from this location several times without issue. But these pizzas have now made me concerned about ordering from this location again. To be completely honest these pizzas were immediately visibly raw and uncooked and I am flabbergasted that somebody thought it was acceptable to send them to the customer like this. I eat pizza a lot and to be completely honest I have never in my life recieved a pizza this uncooked. Totally bizarre and raw dough is likely a food...

I ordered delivery so I can’t honestly give you more or less than 3 stars so I remained neutral @ 3 to be fair OK. I ordered on UBER. Eats the BOGO FREE & got the 12” Pepperoni & Meatball well done & the 10” Donair Pizza w/Feta as an extra topping. I found the crust very chewy & not crispy as I expected a well done pizza to be. The sauce is very tasty & meatballs & pepperoni were decent. Overall taste was good but skimpy on the meats!! The Donair pizzas tasted go but crust is flimsy & barely supports toppings as it bends in half when I picked each slice up. Not enough Donair meat & I don’t understand why you’d put any pepperoni on a Donair pizza, this simply baffled me !!! I strongly suggest some changes are made in these areas or my review has been entirely a waste of...
