Smoke's Poutinerie St. Catharines — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Coloured hair woman is always so rude when she serves me. She seems aggressive, Has multiple Colors in her hair. Was hoping I didn’t see her last time I was there. Seems to pick favorites as to who she’s respectful towards. Will I was ordering , she was responding very rude and had a look of hatred when I was answering her. She was giving major unnecessary attitude while appearing to get mad. Looking very angry at me. Scary to witness hatred from someone in a business nonetheless that does not know you. When entering I observed she was courteous to a older gentleman but not to me. Even the older gentleman knew it was not called for but clearly had a good relationship with this person so he didn’t say anything but I could tell he almost wanted to tell her to calm the heck down. Aren’t you guys supposed to treat all customers the same? And if not, Isn't that suspect of prejudice behaviour? I got the impression she doesn’t like men or doesn’t like coloured men. (My opinion) Something is definitely off with some of the staff there. I’d rather drive somewhere else than to experience my money wasted on supporting a business that hates the people paying their salaries. Hard to believe the reviews on here, but if you look closely you’ll notice almost all of the negative reviews were from minorities so excuse me for thinking like that after...

I cannot recall how long ago I was there, because it was like 3/4 years ago I think for my wife birthday. All she wanted to do was get a poutine and go have a little picnic at a park nearby with our dog. My experience in the actual store has affected my rating system bc yes the food was actually good and had my experience been better I would’ve given more than 3 stars. Anyways when I got into the store there were only 2 people in front of me. However I was in there for at least an hour and half if not closer to 2 hours. To me that is absolute ridiculous I shouldn’t have to wait for 2 hours for anything. And like I said there were only 2 people/small groups in front of me, however I lost count after about 10 delivery drivers (uber eats, skip the dishes, etc). I do complete understand in want to provide those services for people who cannot come into the store but if your company wants to do provide those services you guys should pay someone to be there just to focus on those types of order so that it doesn’t effect people who actually take the time and drive to your location like it did me. Because of this experience that I had no matter how good the food was I have not been back since and will probably never go back, or at least i won’t be actively...

14/10 on a Saturday at 2am when you need to find some food because you’re drunk since Becky decided to have a girls night out and what turned into a few glasses of wine at her new apartment with her weird looking chihuahua turned into you and some random taking body shots off your boss at the club while Jill from accounting films the entire thing and you know HR is not going to be happy with this at all but you’re secretly hoping that they’ll give you some hush money to smooth things over which would make up for that Christmas bonus you didn’t get even though you should have gotten it instead of Mike since he doesn’t even do anything like seriously Mike needs to get a life and stop stealing everyone’s bonuses because he clearly doesn’t deserve it but you did. And you know what else you deserve? Some greasy gravy covered fries with all the toppings you can imagine because this is Canada and you’re drunk and living your best life and that’s something Mike could never take...
