My husband and I ordered subs since we were staying at the hotel across the street. His work is always staying there. I had almost no toppings on my subs, i took a picture 3 olives for an example on the sub. My husband watched them make it and asked them to add more toppings, the man refused saying he would not be able to close it and did not add anymore onto it. I called, they called me liar. I went into the store they called me liar and called my husband a liar even though i took a picture of the receipt and picture of the sub, asked the lady to look st the picture and tell me that there are no toppings…. Because it was only half the sub she said sorry i do not believe you, its only half of the sub. I told her the other half looked the exact same way. She asked me what i wanted l, i said a refund or another sub. She said no, she doesn’t think so. I have NEVER had this kind if experience with any restaurant…. Read moreUsual staff is great but they hired this new East Indian girl that completely butchered my sub , not at all what I ordered in the app, completely different toppings , different sauces. She also layered with the garlic aioli sauce which I am very allergic too.
When I called on the phone to mention this, she sounded very condescending but shy on the phone and told me “ we will do better next time” and did not acknowledge an anything even the fact about the allergy.
I told her no, I would like to bring the sub back and I’d like a remake where she then responded “we can’t do that” in a very shy but condescending voice.
As a result of this I became very angry and advised I was going to come in, the gentleman we usually deal with apologized and said she is new , and just helping out , then fixed the sub and made it as it should’ve been, great work on that gentleman but that girl needs to be fired honestly.
I understand you’re unhappy but there’s a ton of other jobs available that she will for sure have first dibs on being a new comer, very disappointed in her service but the gentleman again...
Read moreI hate to leave a review because when I come during the day the girl that works is amazing but anyway , I live around the corner and I always take my dog with me when I place an online order for curbside as I respect subways policies about non service animals.
While anyway I decided to order around 8:15 pm today Saturday March 23rd, when I went to pickup I saw the Indian guy working had two customers waiting so I politely waited , the store was empty and he refused to acknowledge me. I kept waving , and making several attempts to call but he refused to answer before a lineup showed and I saw my food just sitting there getting cold.
I couldn’t take it anymore and walked it with my dog and told him I’ve been waiting curbeside and I tried to call several times while I made several attempts to wave at him.
Does he do drugs ? Because he was incredibly disrespectful , looked at me blank and gave me and my dog a dirty look.
I suggest he be terminated for his lazy behaviour , rudeness and lack of customer service skills.
