Las Chicas coffee is my favourite coffee and the best coffee in the area. It's locally owned and they operated in London, ON before moving to their facility in St Thomas. The owners, Maria and Valeria, are personally connected to the growers in Nicaragua and so there's an assurance of high-quality beans and well as ethical and fair treatment of everyone in the process.

Las Chicas coffee is sold in local stores, from the roastery in St Thomas, and online. All their coffees are fantastic and the roasts are on the lighter side which fits the bright and lively flavour of high-grown Nicaragua beans. My personal favourite is the Yellow Catuai coffee, with the Viennese roast and all their coffee is...

I ordered some coffee online for a birthday present. To my surprise an employee reached out to me asking what day I wanted the coffee delivered. During the conversation I was told that the coffee is roasted on a daily basis and would be the freshest coffee.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen issues I was unable to get the coffee when I needed/wanted it. I was issued a refund and told where I could buy the coffee in a store that was only minutes away from me. I was able to find the coffee and it was delicious!
