If i could given a zero star rating i would have!!!! At approximately 12 30pm on July 2 2022. The McDonald's and staff at Stony plain 16a location should be ashamed of themselves for how they treated a paying customer.. especially of higher positions such as management, they should not be so ignorant dramatic and rude! Especially in front of my 8 yr old son!! The McDonald's owners shoould rethink her position of management!!! We had gone through the drive thru in stony plain, we had placed a NON COMPLICATED order of 2 Mc doubles with only cheese and bacon and a few other burgers a poutine and 2 drinks! After waiting for quite some time with 4 other vehicles waiting along with me I was given another person's order which I had opened (cuz you ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER in drive thru) to find it was not in fact my order!!! I tried to tell the girl that gave me the wrong order.... that; this wasn't my order. She felt bad and said sorry and explained she got the license plate numbers mixed up.. So she went back in to grab my orde.. After about 5 mins of waiting again...she came out with my order i opened the burgers to make sure EVERYTHING was correct , as McDonald's is famous for getting the orders wrong!!.. I was given 2 burger buns with 2 slices of cheese and a few strips of bacon! In shock i called her back and told her it was wrong again! She said sorry and went back inside to tell a manager.. well the manager came out snarkly saying there IS a burger in there. I proceeded to say it most definitely is not right! And picked the already opened buger bun with cheese and showed her... she then told/asked me for the burgers back.. to which I said you seriously want these burgers back after I have opened these!? And with her rudest facial expression and smirk said "I don't give food away" I said what are you doing to do with them then.. her answer was "throw them away!!!" Appalled and frustrated and with now cold food! Gave them back to her!!! She had sent someone else out to finish her job in giving me my food that I had already bought!!! I live a good 45 mins outside of town and had to eat re warmed Mc Donald's!! I'm appalled with their customer service their manners, professionalism!!!

The idiot that does night management Antonio wasnt even available to take my order. I sat at the drive thru waiting & saying "Hello"? No response as my interior got swarmed with mosquitos. I finally drove to the first window & nobody was there either. Then to the 2nd window. O maam U will have to go back around again because I was serving another customer! My last few night visits I received cold burgers, old nuggets when I asked for fresh(Im assuming they just took the old ones and re fried them) & they were hard, I asked for salad and he messed that up, no straw. I had to drive all the way back again & I told him to refund my meal, he gave me free fries(I dont eat fries). Finally tonight I lost my temper & demanded store location number, his first & last name & the owners number. The idiot gave me his store phone number & a cell number to the other manager. Not what I asked for at all. I ended up calling the cell number at 3 am because I was beyond annoyed & I also didnt end up eating. The person who answered the phone was Moses(McDonalds Manager) was sooo rude to me & got mad at me & said, "What do U want me to do about it?" He also made a smart ass remark, "Maybe U should take Ur infant Son home & take care of him!" Wow!!!!!! I am just speechless & angry! Worst experience ever at this McDonalds!!!!!!    Read moreWas overall a bad experience and will not be going here again. It began when my two friends and I went in wanting their shamrock shakes as one of my friends had never tried it before. While their ordering machines normally aren't too bad to deal with, it refused to print the receipt. Okay. It gave us our order number and we carried on with our night. We waited about 15 minutes until one of the employees told us they were out of the shamrock shakes but would make us another flavor instead. At this point we were upset but understanding as these things happen often and its not the employees fault. We waited another 15 minutes and watched them dump out multiple shakes before giving us our vanilla shakes. This was when we realised something wasn't right. When we got back to the car we decided to have our first sips. My friend who tried it first looked puzzled and said it tasted kind of "chemically". Thinking she was kidding i decided to have a sip. It tasted chemically and tingled in my mouth. It normally grosses me out when i see people spit in the parking lot and I normally REFUSE to do that but there was no way i was swallowing this drink. I spit it out and my (supposed to be Vanilla) milkshake was orange. Orange. Finally, as the machine earlier in the night wouldn't print our receipt, we couldn't get a refund. They left a horrible taste in our mouths that we still cant get rid of. Thank you Stony plain McDonald's for the milkshakes that would definitely NOT bring all the boys to the yard.
