I had to come in here to write a review because I am seriously impressed. I was in the area for a show and this place had good reviews. I got a vegan cookie, rosemary polenta sourdough and the GF sourdough. I am so happy they cater to vegan and gluten free. But that GF bread was out of this world. I live downtown Toronto and have been to every bakery in the city and I have never had bread as good as this. I am totally blown away. I would drive two hours just to have this bread. Vann’s Fine Bakery offers hand-rolled bagels, artisan bread, focaccia, cookies and brownies. I am thoroughly impressed by their selection. Not only do they have the traditional flavours they also have a variety of unique flavours. The texture and chewiness of the bagels are spot on, making it clear that they are freshly baked.
