Honestly one of the best cafe experiences that I've ever had in a while. The location is quaint but deceptively big. Lots of comfortable seating and large tables to work on and have group meet ups. The board games set aside does indicate a very comfortable location for noise but when I was there, the music was ambient but still not too loud that you can have a conversation with someone. The decor is cutesy but I do love the pieces of equipment at the front. It would be cool to see some more local artwork from Stratford, especially with some Shakespearean influences. The barista was super relaxed, accommodating and brought my latte to the table. Everything was textbook but still perfect. The latte had a great pull, no bitterness. Even the sugar syrup used was light and didn't overpower the milk or the espresso. The croissant was perfect. Right flakiness, still warm as it was just pulled from the oven, I want more. The one thing that's lacking is that it was empty. It needs more people to know how good of a spot it is! Will have to come here whenever I'm in Stratford!

January 9th my very best friend and I made a day of it in beautiful Stratford. We had a good filling lunch, did some shopping, looked in many stores and took in the beautiful historic buildings. We decided before driving home to the Niagara Region, to stop for a small dessert and coffee. Unfortunately, most places I googled were closed but I found Brch & Wyn a Cafe/Wine Bar, so we decided to go there. I didn’t know where to park. I phoned, spoke with Hunter and he said there’s a lot on the side street to park there. I love the location, the decor, plants, lighting, exposed stone wall. Nice tables with very comfortable beautiful blue velvet chairs with blue sofas near the window overlooking the street. Our waiter Hunter was great, attentive, so personable, fun. We wanted a coffee, they don’t have drip coffee Hunter said, so we got a Latte which was good. We weren’t hungry at all so we can’t attest to the food. We’ll definitely be back in the summer and make sure to stop by for a light meal. Thanks Hunter!!!! Definitely recommend Brch & Wyn.

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Cubano (pulled pork) sandwich to go. And it took 25 mins for a sandwich to be ready when the only customers were my friend and I. We just watched them chatting instead of making our order forever and we almost missed the show because of the delay. When I finally opened the sandwich, it was NOT what I ordered. I don’t know what it was honestly - there was 2 slides of either ham or turkey and then a big piece of pure fat with some skin on it from whatever animal. There was not pulled pork at all and a bit disgusting. The environment was nice though, just don’t come here if you’re in rush and be careful what they serve you.

I recently travelled to Stratford for a weekend with my daughter. We stayed at the Bradshaw Lofts, and to our surprise, we found a lovely cafe/wine bar on the lower level, Brch and Wyn. Brch and Wyn serves wonderful coffee drinks and delicious pastries. We were so pleased to just pop down first thing in the morning. Then, after spending the day Christmas shopping in the town shops, on one particularly cold night, we decided to go down for an evening of wine and food. What an experience! The owner, a sommelier, gave us an amazing experience, describing different wines with such detail. I decided on a flight of wine tastings that were absolutely delicious. I also had a most delicious flatbread of caramelized onion and butternut squash in a balsamic glaze base. So yummy! My daughter enjoyed chicken and waffles with a sweet and savory flavour base. We finished the evening with a delicious petit pain au chocolate with vanilla ice cream and a warm cup of tea. Brch and Wyn is an amazing find and it made our Stratford experience truly fabulous. If you're visiting Stratford, or if you have the pleasure of living close by, I highly recommend going to...
