Smiley's Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Strathmore

Never had issues with this establishment until this weekend. My five year old and I went in for breakfast. There were a few people in the restaurant when we arrived. We ordered drinks, then shortly after three more tables filled up. The waitress took their drink orders, then we made our meal order. Guess What? All those tables were served before us. Not Cool at all. They were all people of the Caucasian race, Hmmm!. We were the only Indigenous people in that section. When I attempted to speak to the manager or owner he argued with me and would not hear me out. These actions intentional or not are extremally unprofessional. I then went on to tell my child (loud enough for the room to hear) "You are Blackfoot, this is your home, if anyone treats you poorly you stand up for yourself" Raising a Warrior here!!!!! We will no longer be supporting this...

It was on a rainy and sad day That I passed upon smiley's The pizza named chef mistake appeal me and when I ask for it. The chief only gime me a smile and repeat slowly "the chief mistake eh" It was too late to back off and I did blush as an answer. I couldn't know if it was a mistake to order that until ten minutes later I got that hot pizza coming from the drive tru. The car windows fogs up and sudently I was rose being drawn by jack. I was ready I was in love and the fog did hide the mess we made in the car, 6 meter away from the drive tru. That was good but brief, the cold reality hit me like that iceberg hit the titanic. That freezing truth that I was the only mistake and that I always was.

Fantastic food!! First time there, we ordered curly fries, spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic bread, and fish and more curly fries, nachos grande with salsa and sour cream on the side, and everything was cooked perfect. There was lots of spaghetti so we brought the rest home. Large portion sizes. Lots of seating. Clean. Serves alchohol. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were there for lunch. The service was superb. The girl who was our server was so nice, and as I observed her going to other tables she was continually professional. The food came out of the kitchen fast, hot, and delicious. The bill with a few drinks added on for two people was $45.10. Worth the price the great food and awesome service. We will definitely be going back. Family...
