What an absolute joke Summerland Dairy Queen was I went there for lunch after my son and I had a great time at the Remax Easter egg hunt. I ordered a blizzard and then I proceeded to go to the bathroom. The blizzard came while I was in the bathroom, so I didn’t see it tipped upside down. I’m eating my food and I start eating the blizzard and I don’t really like it so I go to the counter mind you I’ve only had two bites of the And I tell the lady look, I don’t like this and it’s actually making me sick. I’d like my money back. She looked at me like I was crazy. He said pardon me I would like my money back she goes. We don’t do that. I said well OK she told me she had to go into the back and talk to her. She went to the back and didn’t talk to anybody came back out and told me that it was per policy that they couldn’t do that give me my money back or something that I had taken two bites out of so I left the blizzard on the counter. And went into the bathroom and physically got sick and I started thinking I’m gonna look up to see if there’s actually a policy like that I couldn’t find one, but I did find that if they don’t flip your blizzard upside down in front of you then you get a free one so I brought it to this woman’s attention and she asked me who made my blizzard and he told her that he flipped upside down in front of my child. I’m sorry my child didn’t order that blizzard I did so therefore you owe me a free blizzard correct…???

Again, she started off with I’m sorry ma’am we don’t do that. I looked at her and I said you’re kidding right so you’re not gonna abide by your And give me my free blizzard

What a JOKE...

I always order a HOT FUDGE SUNDAE and the first time I got one the hot fudge was stone cold and wouldnt melt the ice cream, hard to eat because the fudge comes out the the tub like a cold worm of cold plastic. I drove around and asked them to make it with HOT fudge, they said OK and did, but it was still stone cold. I asked if the heater was on, they said "none of our topping are warmed" lol.. I aksed them to remove HOT FUDGE from the menu if its not HOT, they said it usually is.. lol. Tried them again this time I noted to the order taker that I NEED my hot fudge HOT. They served it cold again. They blamed the ice cream for cooling it.. I asked if it was made fresh or made that morning and put in the fridge? they didnt like my sarcasm. The Third time i went for fried and asked if the hot fudge was HOT, they said yup, so i ordered it again. I gave it back to them at the window. MCdonalds serves...

Terrible drive through service. Teeny bopper staff let one of her friends put a huge order through drive through, the line up was around the block. Then when order was done they spent another minute giggling and chatting before leaving while making the rest of the line wait. I confronted staff and the snotty teens had the audacity to verbally insinuate that 'he doesn't have the right to be rude.' Excuse me? Yes I do. I wasn't rude, I simply took exception snotty teens making me wait while they didn't do their job. Implying that I'm unhappy with terrible service is not 'rude'. Staff that is inconsiderate to customers to the point of insult and overly defensive to mild criticism will be the end of your business.

I 'USED' to go to Summerland dairy queen each week. Not any more. And I'm posting this on any website that allows reviews and will check back in six months to make sure it's...
