Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Summerside

I've only ever ordered the same thing for years at pizza hut locations. Ordered 3 different times, twice I got less wings then I payed for. 3rd time it was the wrong sauce on wings. When I called was told its not possible for it to be the wrong sauce. BIG difference between the two, color and (heat wise). This is extremely aggravating considering I payed 100 dollars in total with tips. 1st time I went in I noticed how dirty the place was considering they just opened. Cob webs all around the place food on the floor, dust- hairs all around the eating area and a literal pile of dust that was still their on my 3rd and final! Visit. This is a shame and a let down to every other pizza hut I've visited. I'm beside myself. I'd attempt to get a refund but what's the point. I've already waisted my time and fuel. I'm discouraged by this and disgusted. Edit: called asked for a refund was told no problem. Drove in was immediately met with excuse after excuse as to why I was wrong... refusing a refund until other "disgruntled" customers including another well known business owner in summerside started to speak up on my behalf and about their issues and even offering to pay me out of their own pockets! At which point they asked if I brought my receipt. This was embarrassing for me to say the least. Should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm beyond disgusted. You're thieves and liars. Harsh took our order very carefully and made sure everything was exactly as we asked. Very polite and friendly service, plus quick, fresh, delicious, and super hot pizzas! 10/10 experience (we pre-ordered on the phone).

The pizza sauce didn’t taste as nice as Pizza Hut usually tastes, not sure why. Tried the creamy garlic and it’s the one place so far I really don’t like the garlic dip from.
