Good prices, poor food...

I liked the toast, which they say is made there... eggs were nothing special, asked for easy over and got hard over with one broken and hidden under the toast... home fries were too many different sizes, such that larger pieces were not fully cooked... sausages were OK...

Mother had the same meal but with bacon... they switched the bacon and sausages on our plates... which were stone cold on arrival... the bacon was clearly left over from yesterday...

Cafeteria style order at a counter like a college student and then they bring you stuff later...

Do not get the 'onions' on anything... or the bacon... the onions had a rancid smell to them and were burned and soggy... definitely from yesterday, probably hanging out on the planchet grill with thr bacon...

Friendly owner, poorly...

New cafe with full breakfast options. We wanted a big breakfast and drove around Summerside looking for a place but everything looked closed for season. Saw the sign for the Waterfront Cafe at Spinnakers Landing but had a hard time finding it. It’s behind the gas station in the back of the college. Lots of parking in front. Inside is clean with lots of tables, didn’t feel crowded at all. Excellent atmosphere for a couple. Amazing full breakfast, exactly what I wanted. The waitress was very friendly. I highly recommend this cafe if you want a satisfying breakfast or just a coffee and a donut. They had lunch/dinner options as well. This will become our new breakfast tradition when we come back...

We are traveling from Eastern Ontario into Prince Edward Island and I found this fantastic little restaurant... I ordered the ham and eggs over easy and white toast and my wife ordered the same with wheat toast.

I got four pieces of ham on my plate...

I actually had to let it sit on the table a while because it was very hot and that is unusual from where we live.. the eggs were perfect and the potatoes were hot and had to let them cool down and the coffee was actually very good also... the prices are a heck of a lot cheaper than what we're used to from Ontario... I highly...
