62 Water Street, Summerside restaurant definitely needs to improve. Two days ago, I came to the restaurant to order hot wings, they said it’s out of stock. Today, I made an online order, and scheduled a pick up time (one hour after). However, they didn’t prepare my food, and I didn’t know this until I arrived there at my scheduled times. They can contact me to explain the hot wings are out of stock, and give me refund, but they didn’t. I don’t know if they don’t have this type of food, or it’s really out of stock, they neither provide a good customer service nor preparing food. In the store, they tell me to cancel my order online. As I clicked ‘cancel order’, the only option is calling the support team. I called them twice, no one answered the phone. It hanged up automatically. The only two staff members who usually speak politely and provide some service, a senior lady and another woman, were not there. When I tried to place an order, the staff acted as if they were giving the food away for free. I ordered five sandwiches, but they weren't even warm. I went back to complain , and the lady I spoke to responded dismissively, asking, "What do you mean it's not warm?" During our conversation, their manager arrived and also spoke to me rudely, claiming they keep the chicken at 180 degrees, but it wasn't even 20 degrees when they served it. There would only be few people working but handles and manages the store properly. But nowadays it'll be full of workers but none seem happy whenever a customer walks in because they are all busy chatting in the kitchen. You could feel the arrogance of workers specially if it was their mistake. I always order online so it'll be ready for pick up but it's either nobody seen the order on the tablet, tablet isn't charged, etc so it's no difference walking in the store to order and wait few more minutes.
