Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Surrey

This is usually the VERY best and favourite place to eat for me. July 2 a friend and I ordered 2 Bankok.... and it's delicious dressing makes it special but we were told that their dressing is a little spicier because it's changed. We ordered one regular and the other light on the dressing. We both got very DRY dressing and the taste that we did have of it, wasn't the same flavour as well as being extra hot. (to be fair, the gal had warned us about the spicy part which resulted in our decision) But my question to you at chopped leaf, if what you have is a winner , why did you change it? I was terribly disappointed, it's my favourite wrap. I know we have a lot of people in Surrey where spice is THEIR THING. Can you give the regular nice dressing for those who loved it that way and for the "extra spicy" gang which there are probably a lot more of (but you can't unspice or just put a drop or it isn't the wrap we all came to love. Can you put some little spices on the side for those who are used to that?

Personally it was so unenjoyable that at our pic nic I ate it, as there was no other choice, but I would like to be comped two wraps for me and my friend who also could taste no dressing on his wrap....

Morning staff are excellent, lady who manages in the mornings is very sweet and remembers our orders and names by heart. Go here atleast 4 or 5 times a week but today ive never felt so disrespected by the other owner/manager. Didnt tell us that theyre out of chicken, instead made us wait 40 minutes for a sandwich. When i said hey im late for a meeting i need to go and asked for a refund not including the tip i gave initially. The manager kept saying theyre almost done almost done and i said hey sorry i have to run didnt know it was going to take 40+ min to get a sandwich. She then proceeded to throw them in the garbage and talk down as if ive done something wrong and walk off. No apology for waiting for so long. No advance warning that ingredients were running low. Im late for a meeting, waited 40 min for two sandwiches, didnt get to eat. Now, i feel like the guilty party. Will not be going there or taking my friends again. Panorama location...

I typically only visit this location about once a month because I usually get so angry that I have to let enough time pass before I'm able to go again. Let's start with the positive that the food seems to always be fresh and tasty. No complaints there. But the consistency is terrible. My salads and wraps are rarely made the same way twice. The cashier staff seems to be really inconsistent as well. I have called in a pick up order multiple times due to time constraints (picking up a meal between meetings) and more than once have been told that it's not ready, after waiting 15 minutes over what they said to go pick up, or that its been given to someone else with a similar order, or that they made the wrong thing. I end up waiting a similar amount of time than if I just walked in off the street. Mgmt needs to get things in shape. They are losing...
