Feeling so bad that I leave my first review on google. I ordered two sandwiches and waited for 10 minutes. I went to the counter and asked to check if thereās a mistake. The staff āconfidentlyā told me they didnāt have the kind of sandwich and to order different ones or ask refund āitās your choiceā. All I got is no asking for understanding but only very rude manner. Then I ordered another menu and waited for another several minutes. no call. I asked another staff please check the oven for my sandwiches and it was already done but no call. No asking for understanding again.
What I really felt bad was the attitude of the former staff , which turned out that she is a manager of this store. People can make a mistake especially when theyāre busy. But she was very rude. While my waiting for my delayed order, she was getting order from another guest with delight way. (It could be understood as racial discrimination. But I donāt want to go that far.) All I expected was just asking for my understanding about my waiting. Finally I did complain to another staff(manager was busy) and she told me what I wanted to hear. Iām sorry to the latter staff getting complained for what she did not do but I had to. She offered me a refund if I wanted but I told her I just hope it will not happened again.
