This is what a $30 meal for 1 looks like at white spot these days . I asked the server will this clubhouse have the amount of meat in the sandwich as the one pictured in your menu and pouted and took a picture of it and said i would be comparing it jokingly she assured me it would. With in 5mins we go our food faster than McDonald’s drive through. So i knew right there it wasn’t gonna be Good. And yep. This is what i got. A few specks of turkey and bacon that was pre cooked hours ago and left out and now hard as glass and fries that had been re cooked double dipped in the fryer to heat up so hard as a rock . I asked the server to make it properly and pointed out what was wrong and why. She says i will get the Manger. I didn’t need or ask for one i just wanted to eat as i was hungry. After more time that it took to get the food the manager Named “Guy”comes over and explains to me that the bacon is “Blanched” and trying to make is sound all bougie. No it’s cooked meat left out all day. I use to own several franchise restaurants i know what I’m talking about. He also tells me that the meat is 2 ounces and pre measured. Which is fine but it doesn’t say 2 ounces of meat next to the picture of a $20 sandwich no it false advertises a picture of something you don’t get. What’s next. Will they have picture of Big Mac passing it picture off as a legendary burger. I’m spending my valuable time training this guy. While starving i pecked at a few fries that i thought wouldn’t chip a tooth while weighting for my food. They bring out….. just a sandwich. No fries or coleslaw. I kid you not. Wow talk about being cheap. I should be eating my sandwich with my fresh friends and slaw so my bites are broken up. What’s next serving there feed in a trough to customers. I ask for a dessert menu and of course they didn’t offer to take care of that. But they where out of half the deserts i wanted anyway. when the bill came nothing was taken off. No apology. Just a waste of my time and dining experience. This Manager “Guy” has zero Buiness running a restaurant and should be demoted to the dish pit. I have owned restaurants before and Don’t bother writing reviews. But this year they have all increased there prices astronomically while simultaneously cutting portions and cutting service and cutting correct restaurant management etiquette. And do the bare min when they do serve you poor food etc even when your someone as well articulate as myself and kindly explaining to them what the problem is. Anyway the process of even getting a table in a 75% empty room was bizarre. I was greeted by a whispering young lady who asked me booth or table. I said either was fine. She looked panicked around at the room of free tables and walked away. Two other staff approached me after a couple of minutes and asked if I had been helped. I answered that I was not entirely sure but that I was happy to just pick a table myself. They then told me that the first girl was clearing a booth for me. I looked across the mostly empty room to see her helping to bus a table with another person. For whatever reason they decided I had to wait for that particular spot even though I had said anywhere was fine. Weird. Anyway I asked for a side of gravy which was great tasting with my meal. For some reason it was served on a plate beside my starter salad at the same time as the steak? Not sure if they thought I wanted to pour it on the salad? Salad was lovely by the way. I had to eat my salad after my main course as I did not want to eat the steak cold. Strangely I had asked for medium rare steak and received perfect medium well steak - and I do mean perfect, tender and flavourful. So my best guess is that if she told them anything at all about how I wanted my steak it may have been medium? Or no direction at all? I was kindly brought water and dessert which was also delicious. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. The service was absolutely terrible here. My dad, brother and I arrived at 1:15 and a server greeted us shortly after for food and drink orders. It wasn't until 1:40 that she came over and told us for some reason our orders didn't go through and she couldn't remember our orders. By 1:55 we got frustrated with seeing every other table around us that was seated after, getting their food. My family left and I told the host to forget the food and just give me the bill for the drinks, which by the way were never refilled. The server came over at 2:00 with only 2 orders and 3 to go boxes and told me I could take the food to go. Seriously? I have to wait 45 minutes for food, pay full price and pack it all myself. I told her absolutely not, and I will only pay for the drinks. She told me the sad excuse of "it has only been 10 minutes since I punched in this order". BUT it has been 45 minutes since she was supposed to punch it in the first time! She told me the whole bill would be taken care of but of course I still left disappointed and still hungry. I work in a restaurant, I know how it works. The restaurant was not busy, they had plenty of servers on the floor, I did not see her serving any other tables in her section and after 15 minutes of a tables order not being brought out, the server should check with the kitchen to see what's causing the delay.
