Edit (Jan 2024) - 5 stars: I have consistently found myself ordering this pizza and loving it. Our faves to order: Capicollo flame, butter chicken, Hawaiian (without bacon), veggie gourmet, Greek veggie, and pepperoni. I've tried many others, but these are recurring on our orders.
Honorable mention: taco pizza - it's only good super fresh, and has fresh lettuce so leftovers aren't the best. Extra bonus if you get stuffed crust with cheese 😍
Don't love the BBQ chicken (too little sauce/flavor), and Mexican beef pizza (it was mediocre, and note that it's spicy).
Edit (March 2022) - 3 stars: Since we loved the pizza, we decided to order it for my hubby's birthday. I placed the order online and it allowed me to schedule it to be delivered at 2.15pm on Sunday.
I called the place around 2.10 to confirm my order is on its way since everyone was waiting, and they told me that they just opened at 2pm, and the driver isn't even around, so they'll be at least another 15-20 minutes before they'd arrive (around 2.35). They didn't arrive till close to 2.50pm.
So if you're ordering online, don't plan on getting your pizza in the first hour of them opening. Their system should REALLY be updated to reflect this because it was not a great experience that day having everyone wait this long... the saving grace is that they liked the pizza.
We're new to the area and been trying different places to see what we like - we got 2 larges with half and half options:
Tandoori Chicken Korma Chicken Flaming Capiccolo Taco pizza (without lettuce)
The crust was perfect! It was crispy edges - not too thin, not too thick. Not too greasy which is my preference.
We didn't like the korma one as much because it didn't have as much flavour, but we did like the rest. The tandoori chicken itself was flavourful, the flaming capiccolo wasn't too spicy but was my fave, and the taco pizza was tasty - I added homemade guacamole.
I would order again and try...
Read moreI recently tried a Veggie Pizza, Butter Chicken, and Samosa combination, and it was a culinary adventure that left my taste buds dancing with delight.
The Veggie Pizza was a mouthwatering masterpiece, with a crispy crust that had just the right amount of chewiness. Topped with a generous assortment of fresh vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, and onions, it was a colorful and healthy indulgence. The creamy tomato sauce and melted cheese tied everything together in perfect harmony.
The Butter Chicken, on the other hand, was a rich and creamy delight. The tender chunks of chicken were bathed in a velvety tomato-based sauce that had a perfect balance of spices. It was a comfort food dream come true, especially when paired with fragrant rice or warm naan.
The Samosa was a delightful surprise in this combination. Its crispy, golden exterior gave way to a flavorful filling of spiced potatoes and peas. The accompanying chutneys added an extra layer of taste that made every bite memorable.
Overall, this combination of Veggie Pizza, Butter Chicken, and Samosa was a fusion of flavors that worked surprisingly well together. Each dish brought its own unique taste to the table, creating a culinary experience that I won't soon forget. If you're looking for a diverse and delicious meal, give...
Read moreI've read a lot of the reviews posted here and I can honestly say that you get what you pay for here. I am in no way putting down this business. It would appear that they work hard and deliver what they set out to. However, I unfortunately have higher standards when it comes to pizza and a 3/5 is about the best I can do here.
You know what it's like when you taste pizza that you love. It doesn't last long. For me, I crush a large in one night. If, for some reason I don't, it is gone the next morning. We threw out the pizza that we did not eat from here. I think if you have to slam 3 Bulmer-sized glasses of water after eating your meal just to break even, they are doing something wrong. I don't know where all that salt is coming from but it's obviously packed. Makes me think of that episode of Seinfeld when George's Dad is smacking the raw beef with a shovel to pound the spices into it.
Pros:
-Super friendly people working here -Generous ingredients -Good prices -Only 15 minutes to cook 2 large pies -Not overly greasy
Cons:
-Skimpy pizza sauce, almost dry -Low quality ingredients -Kitchen Looked...
