This is the worst DQ that you can go to they are liars and they also do not understand basic orders for cake. We will never be doing orders at this location again from you because they cannot understand basic english or basic requests. It is unfortunate that they mess up and take the orders wrong and then they do not correct them. They do not ask for clarification or if they are confused about the request. On top of that they refuse service when they are in the wrong. Do not waste your money to go order cakes at this location as they do not do them right then blame the customers when they do not follow through on confirmations. They also do not write on the cake until the money is given when you are standing there. Which is the craziest thing ever to have someone there to pick up the cake and then not show them without paying or write on the cake. Then they do it wrong and then make excuses.

Please do not waste your time. The worst management and worst employees. Also, bad customer service on the regular basis and refusing to give service to paying customers based on their own mistakes of not taking orders correctly. We will never go there and tell family/friends not to ever go here. We have been ordering cakes for more than 30 years from this location and never had issues until this place was sold to a new owner. On top of that not cheap cakes we order extras on every cake every year. They mess up and then offer refunds but they still always mess up every cake which does not fix the incorrect cake that is given. Please save your time and money! the manager here is extremely disrespectful and rude and unsafe. I’m not sure how he is still working here. If you choose to eat here or your kids please check their food before. Me and my partner came get to cake. The very first piece we cut had a hair in it. When we called we were told we could bring it back and get a new one. However the cake was melted when we opened the fridge because of the bc hydro working outside which was out of control so we did call again to make sure it was okay to return it they said it’s fine just put it in a bag. The manager refused to give our money or the cake when we came to the store. He accused us of stealing. When we PAID AND HAVE PROOF OF BUYING AND RETURNING THE CAKE. He needs to be fired. My partner also works in health care and his response was “you don’t work in health care you don’t deserve to you have no right too and you’re not welcomed here” well MY RESPONSE TO YOU SIR CAUSE IM SURE HE WILL READ THIS AND TRY TO DEFEND HIMSELF if your claiming I don’t work in health care I can gladly come back and how you my ID for work and proof and your comment of me not being deserving of working in health care is very disturbing because if anything I’m looking out for people’s SAFETY and advocating for safe food to be given so children do not get sick especially m. I recently visited Dairy Queen, and I have to say, it was an absolute treat! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The place was clean, bright, and had that nostalgic vibe that always brings back great memories.

Now, let’s talk about the food—oh my goodness, where do I even begin? I ordered the classic Blizzard, and it was pure perfection. Creamy, rich, and packed with just the right amount of mix-ins. I went with the Oreo cookie flavor, and every bite was a little piece of heaven. My friend got the chocolate-dipped cone, and it was equally amazing—crispy, sweet, and oh-so-satisfying.

But it wasn’t just the desserts that impressed me. I decided to try their chicken strip basket, and I was blown away. The strips were juicy and perfectly seasoned, the fries were crispy, and the Texas toast was buttery and delicious. It’s rare to find a place that nails both sweet and savory, but Dairy Queen absolutely does.

What really stood out to me, though, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. They were friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about making my experience a great one.

Overall, Dairy Queen is a gem. Whether you’re craving a quick snack, a full meal, or just want to indulge in something sweet, this place has it all. I’ll definitely be back soon—and I’m already dreaming about my next Blizzard! 🍦✨
